DO. NOT BUY ANYTHING!

OKAY, NORMALLY I DON'T CARE TO POST REVIEWS ON A COMPANY EVEN IF IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE BUT I WAS CHARGED $1,199 FOR THE VIPER 150CC WHEN CALLED THEY WERE RUDE FROM THE PERSON ON THE PHONE TO THE MANAGEMENT. WAS TOLD THAT I WAS NOT CHARGED TO MY CARD. CALLED MY BANK AND WAS TOLD OTHERWISE. SO IM DONE WITH THE RUN AROUND GAMES I AM IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THEM TO COURT. CANT WAIT TO GET THE LAST LAUGH. BETTER OFF DEALING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. I ENDED UP GETTING THE SAME BIKE FOR $350 Less than this bs of a company charged.

Purchased an ATV, it was damaged in shipping and will not start. They tell you are stuck with product and they will send damaged parts. This is suppose to happen through an online claim, upload pictures, wait 3 days for a response, wait another 10 days for parts or technical help. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM unless you have an abundence of time to deal with rude customer service employees!

I purchased a scooter from this company 2 1/2 yr ago. Did not have a problem. Scooter is still working well. I take it to shop for yearly tuneup. I am now a return customer and recently bought another scooter. I have had to call Gerard, apparently he must be the owner according to the other reviews I have read, I wish I had found these reviews before my return purchase. How does this business stay in business with such a rude, arrogant man who hides behind a phone? This a$$hole hung up on me twice, interrupted as I tried to explain my issue, he took it to another level if he would just shut up and listen, since it was a very simple issue. He made a simple mistake and can not admit it. Stay away from this company, read the reviews! There are local scooter business' to buy a scooter from. Even if it costs a little more, buy local. The customer service is worth it!

Hello and thank you for your comments and concerns. We strive on excellent customer service and ALWAYS will take care of all customers! To answer the review: Gerardo is not the owner of the company and we did have a conversation with him regarding this situation. He had stated that there was cursing that had gone on during the phone call from the customers end so he needed to disconnect the call for that reason and that reason only. The customer placed an order a few years back and supplied us with their old order number when filling out the MSO form on our website. Because of that fact, we had the incorrect information for the order and so a re request cost was asked to be collected of $45 - I believe Ann got frustrated due to the fact that Gerardo was asking for the re issue fee of $45 which we are NOT charging the customer and sending out another MSO at NO COST to the customer immediately. Please understand that MSO paperwork is very time consuming and does cost our company money to produce and provide for every motorsport customer. Please understand. We thank you kindly, and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask! Thank you kindly!

Scooters

In my opinion you're running a business that you have no business to run you selling people products without a title we have been waiting for over two months now for the title for the scooter and Everytime we call we get the same thing over and over and over again I hope that no one ever buys anything from you guys ever again because you are completely ridiculous when it comes to this you should run your business is a lot better than what you're doing right now I am very frustrated and pissed off customer I bought a scooter paid for it received the scooter and I'm having difficulty in receiving that title I hope someone reads this review and understands that if they're going to buy a scooter or anything of value that needs a title they'll never get the damn thing pissed off customer

I called about a mini Jeep. The lady I was on the phone with didn't know any of the specs about the mini jeep. I could constantly hear her asking her associates for help. About 2 min into the call I get cut off by elevator music, a new lady is ok the phone and informs me that made the customer care specialist very uncomfortable. This was very out of the blue and actually made me very uncomfortable. If you want to be put in a awkward situation bc a sells rep doesn't know about anything they offer than go ahead!

I live in California and I'm interested in purchasing a golf cart. They are probably about $2000 cheaper than anything out here. I have called on two different occasions to ask questions regards to the golf courts that they have for sale. Both phone callers both sales people that I spoke to within two weeks apart had terrible customer service. With both persons I would ask a question about the golf cart is ready to purchase. I would hear them breathe out as if I was wasting their time and the question I was asking was ridiculous. Of course I'm gonna send $8,000. To them I wanna make sure I'm getting the correct product. Their new rules are they will only take checks as payment. After reading these reviews I realize now with a check is much harder to get your money back as if you purchased with a credit card. I guess their poor customer service is catching up with them. I will never buy from this company ever. Thank you for posting these reviews they definitely have confirmed my opinion of the company and hopefully helps others

Jon the part manager is a complete prick. He cuts you off when you're speaking and the customer is never right, His attitude is FU customer. He has hung up on me 3 times the last 2 months. We purchased an extended warranty for the engine do not purchase extended warranties they don't wanna cover of John the parts manager as complete $#*! and should be fired immediately. He also complains that hes too busy to remember who he speaking to and turns things around. Please make it easy for this company and stop buying from them since there too busy to care for customers and treat them like crap. The customer service sucks and they don't want to honor the warranty they sell you extra and try to blow you off and just hang up on you if you press to much. No one will give you the owner's information nor is there a general manager you can complain to to help.

I ordered an ATV on June 15th. On June 19th, I received an email with an arrival date of June 26. On June 30, I called the shipping company to find out where my order was. They told me they never received my order from Saferwholesale, so I called them and they said it had been shipped. After being on hold for over 30 minutes, and being transferred to several different people I finally spoke with the shipping manager. He said my order got lost. It would have been nice to get an update, but nothing. He said he would call back in a few days. Never heard from them so I called again and got the runaround. I finally spoke with the shipping manager again and he said he didn't know where my order was. I told them I would give them a few more days and If I didn't receive it, I'll cancel my order. Well, I finally got a call from the shipping company and they said they will deliver on July 7th. Hopefully, I get the right ATV.

I ordered something over a month ago still not shipping date tracking number nothing then I call to ask what's going on and they tell me is being shipped today well. They been telling me that for 2 weeks now and they crazy part is I ordered something from this place a few years back and service every thing was great got my atv on time
And everything but now this place has gone to crap

Called told them possibly place order for fleet of carts, they put me on hold for 20 mins,,, i hung up called back, next sales person said hold on he would get my salesman back,, another 25 min passed, I hung up called back explaining what had happened,, i asking him if you cannot get me someone to assist me, or should I take my business somewhere else,, he respond was go somewhere else,,, so i did,, stay away from a business who will not let you talk to a manager or owner. I called back 4th time to complain, got service manager, he said send an email,, total bs.

I ordered a motorbike from their website and used their finance service Bread. After ordering someone from safer wholesale called and told me that the shipping was not included and I had to pay separate for this. I did and then waited for a shipping update in the coming days. I saw no response to this order and I called in. They told me that the item was out of stock. I asked them when would I get my refund and was told that they issued the process. I have yet recieved my refund and have filed disputes and have not heard back after emails and calls. Shady company

Worst company ever
June 20, 2020

Bought a fridge from them. Made sure i asked a lot of questions about the fridge. Also thought it was open box. When the fridge came, it was dirty, door panel didnt work,(still doesn't work) ice dispenser has baked on dirt from years of use inside and on the tray. When i called them a made a complaint they were like" have someone check it out and let us know what parts you need " like really! I just spent almost $2000 on this thing and i need to call someone to repair it. I ask him outright if this is a use item he started to stutter then tells me that the customer returned it within 90 days. Wow! Its ok if theyre a USED Online Store, but THEY SHOULD LET CUSTOMERS KNOW UPFRONT I was seriously going to garbage this fridge because i dont use USED STUFF but i couldn't because i spent a lot of my husbands money that he works hard for. I was very angry and sad by this THEFT.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a go kart and they sent wrong one and a lot of missing parts, broken parts. Called and they were the most rude people I have ever dealt with. Do not and I repeat do not do business with them. They will take your money and then treat you like a pos. I was going to buy another go kart from them but after this they can go f$&k themselves.

Wish I could leave a Zero, Tried to call them about a sale they had that was a 9 hour sale for today only and the person was rude obnoxious and just plain unprofessional in every aspect. I tried to call back to speak to a supervisor and was told they do not take complaints and would have to send via email. False advertising was posted today stating they had a 9 hour sale and the person said he can not control the internet posting and it is not his concern since it is not available and has not been. I am going to report it as false advertising as well to the bbb.

Disrespectful

Completely rude and disrespectful owner. We spoke two times with the sales staff and they told us we can come and pick up the bike that is advertized for 579 when we got there the owner told us that it will be 899 plus tax even though it's in stock because he had to pay shipping so now we should pay his shipping cost so that he can profit more. We were told that we can come and pay for that bike the same price. Completely false advertising!

I saw all the reviews and said these people can't be this bad if so they wouldn't be in business. WRONG! They are very rude. I called to get information on a pool I wanted to order and when I say they answered my question in a very rude tone and then hung up on me. I would not spend a penny with them.

I read a lot of the reviews online my son was looking to buy a new moped for $1300 and after reading the reviews I thank you all for posting your experience with this company we've never heard of it I realize some companies do rip you off and I won't buy from this company thanks for your reviews

I called to order a go kart for my son they were higher priced then i different location so told me they would match the price awsome right? Wrong they matched price then next day pulled order told me it was because it was out of stock. Called back to find out that go kart was not out of stock just the price wouldnt work for THEM at the price they matched so lied to me and told me out of stock instead. Customer service is worst ive seen in awhile will never buy from them was looking to spend 1500 with this company and just got the run around because they werent making enough and wouldnt honor what they originally agreed to price wise and then just hide and say its out of stock. No phone call or anything to try to fix problem just sent me email and cancelled order horrible experience!
