Bought 2 scooters, took 4 weeks to arrive damaged, company is useless! When i contacted their customer service department, they told me to file a claim with their carrier!
Never in all my years of purchasing ATV for my kids have I ever had to deal with poor service like theirs. My husband and I bought a 4 wheelers for my 16 year old daughter. The first day riding it, it tore up and hasn't worked since then. Not knowing they would give me a hard time about parts, and the warranty. How can they sale faulty products to paint customers. Everytime we call we get the run around. This is the absolute worst place to buy from. Never spend your money here, and i could they would get 0 stars.
Do not i repeat Do not buy anything from this company... they are a total rip off and don't how they talk to their customers, especially the person who work in parts... he is rude and unprofessional and lies about everything hey say... i didn't even have my Atv for a whole day and the breaks went out and it flipped my daughter off and when I called they gave me the run around and so many words he basically didn't care
I bought a tanning bed from them and even received UPS information with a tracking number. This particular tanning bed was very popular and hard to find. I ended up buying my accessories for it. Then the next day, the order was cancelled by e-mail. This is what it said - 4/16 BG - Item out of stock till June/July - Order canceled and refunded - No apologizes what - so - ever! I just figure with the amount of money being spent, a phone call would have been warranted. Now I am on the hunt for that model... I am sorry but you should know what your stock is... Stay Away from them! Especially if what you are looking for is hard to find!
This place is a joke. Quoted me a price and then refused to honor it. Refused to let me speak with a superior and refused to give me the name of the person in charge of the building.
Worst customer service ever.
My 11 year old son waited and saved for this Jeep for a year. We ordered it. Took 6 hours to assemble. We've had it two weeks and now it won't stay started. Took it to a mechanic and it needs a carburetor already! My son was devastated. So sad.
Total ripoff. I wish I had read reviews of this lousy company. Charged me TWICE as much for a carport as their supplier. Their contract is designed so that as you recognize their fraudulent activity of overcharging. They still make money with (non refundable) clause. They know you will cancel order, but prey on you with catch all false refundable clause.
I purchased a Custom Plus Mini Jeep for my husband as a Christmas gift and paid for it to be fully assembled. It arrived UNASSEMBLED! My husband is a disabled combat Vietnam Veteran who saw a picture of the jeep and wanted it so that he could ride it in Veterans Day Parades... SHAME ON THIS COMPANY! I thought okay I have a neighbor who is a trained and certified Artic Cat mechanic... if this company would just refund the assembly charge... he will put it together for me. Long story short, he found 6 faulty parts and advised that he can't put it together and it be safe to ride... broken fuel shut off, parking brake will not engage, front wheel stud has no threads, just to name a few. I bought a 12 month warranty... doesn't matter. Three business days since delivery, I have called them 6 times, 3 of which I was transferred and placed on hold until my cell phone battery died and emailed 3 times with attached photos of faulty parts. This was a Christmas gift for my husband... Christmas is a week away from today, BUT THEY HAVE MY MONEY! And I have scrap metal.
I order a buggy go kart for my kids on 11/19/19 today is 12/17/19 and I haven't received the package, when I called, they told me they returned the package because I didn't answer the phone, they said my phone was disconnected which is not true, they said they send me an email and the only emails I have from this company is advertising's and now they said that they are going to charge me the shipping for something I never received arguing that it was my fault, the customer service person was very rude and said that I don't know how to keep my appointments I'm really disappointed and upset because it was my kids Christmas gift

I bouhht a 110 cc quad and the one tire was bent out sent pictures get a response i have to take it to a small engine dealer Bike was ridden twice. Then i speak to manager John he says send me a picture again I do dont hear back from them. I call again first he says he never spoke to me then he says I told you to resend pics. Then he proceeds to get nasty on the phone. I dont see how they they sell a product and diesnt back it.
I ordered a sidecar from this company and according to their site, it was supposed to fit my bike. All brackets were way to big for my bike, I had to do an almost entire creative modification to the sidecar frame (which took me so much extra time) and I also had to spend quite a bit of money on much better and proper size brackets, bolts and metal. I contacted them and asked for some compensation like some money back for the extra that I had to buy but they did not respond at all. Their site shows a grown man in the sidecar but I believe that man is small in statue because this sidecar is pretty small for an average size person.
Received an incomplete order, put credit card payment on hold and received a barrage of calls from business, very monopolizing- wanted to run another charge. If they put this much gusto into getting the order right, there would be no problem in the first place. Terrible company with products from china- slow poor service. I would never order from them again.
I've seen so many complaints about this company all over the internet, Yelp, Pissed consumer, the BBB. The owner Gary Briden was sued by the IL Attorney Generals Office. There are Facebook pages about this business. Safer wholesale new Lenox Beware is just one.
Received my son's dirtbike moto Thursday, September 12th. Put it together Friday September 13th at approximately 4:30 p.m. My son came home to his birthday surprise at 5ish. It had already been given us problems starting and staying on. Around 6ish he begin to ride it. Rode it for about 30 minutes, before the engine blew/ locked up. He's only 7, so he wasn't flushing it nor being rough on it. Now, we're out of almost 800 for what was suppose to be an awesome bday gift. Make sure you know and read NO REFUNDS NOR EXCHANGES. WISH WE WOULD'VE READ IT BEFORE PURCHASING THIS. Prior to this, we bought a golf cart, which came with problems. However, they did send the correct parts, but for Us to fix. We're so sadden by this bc. I have pictures, times, and receipt to back up my claim.
I order a golf cart from Safer Wholesale well over a month ago. I final got a hold of a person after being passed through a online status update that doesn't work, calling customer service and was hung up on. The customer service was short and rude didn't want to answer questions with any type of clarity and when I asked for more clarity he just answered "it ships next week and when you get the tracking number you can work arraignments with the shipping company". I would look other places then here much better options out there.
Call the number in Attorney General Lisa Madigan fraud numbers for these businesses. There are class action lawsuits.

Three years ago I purchased a trailer dolly and paid over $5000. 00 for it. The ad stated the dolly would pull 12,000 pounds. Once I received the dolly it had been poorly packaged and the plastic connector running to the battery had been assembled and connected with the cable direct to the battery. The whole unit was broken and I called to send the dolly back. I took pictures of the damage parts and instead of sending me a new dolly or refunding my money they sent parts for me to use and replace. I wasn't happy about that but went ahead and repaired the dolly myself. The next problem I had was even though the dolly was rated to pull 12,000 pounds it would not pull my 3500 pound of my drive way. I could not fine any information on what the maxim incline this trailer would be able to go up. However, my drive has less
Than a 2 percent incline. So I thought since the dolly was rated to pull 12,000 pounds and my trailer was only 3500 pounds then we should not have a problem. Wrong! When trying to pull the trailer up the driveway the chain keep coming off. The fly wheel was bent and so I had to take the whole thing apart and tried to fix the fly wheel. I even had my friend from next door come over to help me. My friend is really great at fixing things like this. We find that the fly wheel was missing the little key that keeps the fly from slipping. So we went out and purchased this key and put the fly wheel back together. Still the dolly would not work an the chain still came off. We took the unit apart again and found the fly wheel was bent so bad that we could not fix it. What a waste of $5000. 00. The dolly is now just setting outside getting rusted. I cannot even give it away.
Bought brand new 50cc atv for my son. Got it together easy enough despite horrible instructions. Son was so broken hearted when the quad wouldn't go. It hold just rev up and sit there. Saferwholesale said I could return it but they wouldn't reimburse my $200 expedited shipping, I would have to pay to ship it back, plus a 20% restocking fee. All for a $600 atv. They are rip offs and should be investigated by the BBB which have already been made aware of Saferwholesale's shady business practices.
Answer: I am still out $1200 and it has been over a year since I ordered my Facial table for my business. Everytime I call and try to get an answer I get disconnected or people including the managers there are rude and make promises that I will eventually get my refund and to give it up to 90 days. Well it has been well over that and I still don't have my refund or the item that I ordered. BEWARE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I believe in Karma and one day they willl get theirs. So sad that people in this world can take advantage of our hard earned money. I am disgusted of how cruel they are.
