I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. I love the UTV golf cart; HOWEVER, the battery is worthless considering the amount of money I spent on the purchase. CUSTOMER SERVICE is terrible. I have spoken to 3 different people in Parts and Warranty about a faulty battery. They were rude and demeaning. Said things like, " I can't help you, after all the battery is from China";" any knowledgeable person would know to charge the battery", "I don't know where the VIN# is, and we do not give you an owner's manual to help you. Keep searching!" AND too bad you didn't read the 10 pages of TERMS and CONDITIONS(meanwhile, the battery lasted less that 3 small trips, would not charge after 6 uses, found a manual under the front seat.)

Hello, we strive on excellent customer service and stand behind all products. The GVX Golf Carts have the Vin# located on the seat back portion of frame on passenger front side. The battery should stay on a trickle charger when not in use to keep the battery in good standing order. As far as the manual, there is a downloadable PDF file on each listing.
