Its been over two months since i placed my order. Nothing costume about what i ordered. Just two plan lightsabers. Still waiting for them to Process my order, but be sure they already took my money. Trying to get help or talk to someone is a joke. I have sent in many emails and i just keep getting told just to wait and how they dont cancel orders even if they haven't made it yet. What a waste of time. I could have gotten better lightsabers anywhere and not have this kind of trouble. Ever order from this people.

Don't order from them they are absolutely appalling. If for some reason you do order a saber from them expect no customer service at all, a poor quality product, an unexpected demand for import duties at 33% of the cost of the saber and they will consistently fail to be honest with you.

There is no good reason to deal with this shambolic company.

Purchase of a simple Eco saber made around the end of November still not received.

No response from them by email... packages arrive in France but not at home (I also received a package from them which was not intended for me.) Suddenly I learn that my sword is return to the United States.

I therefore ask where my sword is and I do not receive any response from them for 2 MONTHS!

Not only am I told that he will be sent back (without any excuse for the concerns that come from their home), they don't make any commercial gestures to me, but on top of that, they block me on the facebook page so that I can not talk about this story (deletion of my post and comments + unable to write on their page).

Today May 02 (be 7 months later) my lightsaber still hasn't arrived.

Never buy your lightsaber from this crook company. Once your blue card has been sucked in there is nothing more for you to do.

I'll be honest, if it wasn't for the quality of what I ordered, I wouldn't be rating them a generous 4 stars. Their customer service is sub par, only responding to emails about shipping and tracking 2-3 weeks after I sent the request. Shipping took a week as promised, but it took 5 months to actually get here after I talked to a rep that said it would only take about a month. Regardless of all that, it's a great saber and maybe if I go back to the states, I'll order again just to see if anything changed.

Order gone wrong
October 31, 2020

I have placed a order on the 19th of October 2020 and yet I have sent many emails and all I received is a automatic generated email stated that they would get in touch with me with in 5 business days. It's now been three weeks and all I have ordered is blade plug and a cover tech wheel no saber. I would have thought this would be easy to get.

Took forever and no customer service
May 11, 2022

It took three (3) months to get our lightsaber that the website said was in stock. Every time I emailed them, it took 2-3 days for a response and all I got was excuses. Then I ordered a sound board (against my better judgement) that was supposed to work with my lightsaber, but it didn't. When I tried to return it, they said they would not take it back and suggested I sell it on Ebay. They stick! No customer service and no support!

Double bladed lightsaber

I have gotten a saber from here before and I love the details that they put on them. Decided to go ahead and get a double blade one for my collection the wait was a bit long but it payed off in the end. The saber itself is great and Wirth the wait.

Got scammed!

After 15 weeks, I wanted to cancel my order, so we were in dispute. After I sent them a request not to ship it until the matter was resolved, so rather thank keeping their word they shipped the item so I could not return it for cash.

Great parts and sabers. Maybe better details?

While I'm not disappointed so much with my recent order, my biggest gripe would be part descriptions.
I ordered a staff extension some time ago and was planning on using it for a body instead of a normal body part to effectively have a longer hilt. Warrior electronics fit just fine within it. No part of the description for either the staff extension or the Champion electronics I bought in this order suggested that the battery/soundboard would not fit in a staff extension body.
No interior dimensions for the staff extension, no exterior dimensions of the battery and soundboard. I'm just disappointed to have spent the money I have on non-compatible pieces. My attempt to be clever and have a unique saber has now led me to having to machine parts myself.
I understand that staff extensions are not listed as saber bodies, but with the incompatibility tables they have, I think it would be prudent to include the incompatibility of these items as well.

DO NOT spend your money here. Ordered a basic light saber with no bells and whistles. Took the money out of my account same day as order. According to the website, a basic order is to take 4 weeks. I've been waiting 10 weeks now and when they finally responded to my email it was with a vague "your order is on schedule" when it was already 4 weeks late.

They do not take phone calls and you can't speak to anyone. Take your money to a more reputable business.

Sticking with a 1
October 13, 2022

I don't appreciate an order being "caught in time to change" when it involves more money. Yet thats not in time to cancel it. I am only upgrading for resale potential. I won't be using Saberforge in the future. Yet I'd put money on the fact it will take another 4 months to arrive.

Also, they sell the same saber... with neopixel... on etsy in stock for less than I paid on site.

I don't appreciate this company.

Out of warranty repair
September 27, 2022

The repair cost of the saber is high. And no discount on electronic upgrade options are not practices that build customer loyalty. It makes sense for the company to cover the repair cost. However, a discount in my case with electronics which are the repair items seems to make sense. The company offers seasonal discounts anyway so there seems to be a margin to cover some discount. And in this case, it is not like the customer to game the systems. As they will have to have a Saber Forge product that is really broken to get the repair/upgrade discount. And this could be a win-win for both customers and Saber Forge. Customer spend a little more but get upgrade electronics of newer version. Saber forge sells better products. Unless like now, customer still spend rather large amount of money to repair.

I ignored the reviews because a personal friend had a good experience. Good experiences can happen but they seem to be exceptions and sporadic at best. They probably take so long to make it hard to dispute a charge with your bank when they don't answer your email for refund after your item is "lost in the mail" and they don't answer emails even if you weren't bothering them constantly about where your order is like some peoe might and it still makes them slow down your order. People are considered "entitled" because they expect to receive a product that can cost several hundred dollars or more in a reasonable and timely manner or at least be notified if SF won't be able to deliver on time. Shop at your own risk, don't say you weren't warned

Bang for the buck

Purchasing process was easy, the shipping took a little bit of time. Regardless it was actually a good thing, Saber forge takes their time to ensure you receive a quality product. Shipping took about 5-6 weeks. Once I received it I was very pleased with the end result. It was worth the wait.

Jade Fire Eco Elite Review

This lightsaber is a great value and really fun to play around with. It also looks very cool while on display, especially with a fancy blade plug which I definitely recommend getting. I got the Xenopixel variant and it has been fairly easy to use, the motion controls do take some practice to get right though.
The website shopping experience was very clean and intuitive, but the website is a bit inconsistent in terms of information about the sabers.
Overall a great purchase!

I see a lot mixed reviews here but I want to say I had a great experience with Saber Forge. Morgan and I had excellent communication and I had two sabers repaired in a reasonable amount of time, which easily exceeded t the expectations given to me by the company on the website and in writing. Great job with about a two month turnaround on the service.

Good saber, weird issues

When I got my saber it worked for a total of 10 minutes, after which the sounds stoped working. I looked all over for a solution. I had to let the battery die in it and charge the saber to full to "reboot" the speaker. Saber works fine now but a strange issue to have upon spending that much money on one

I ordered a saber months ago and still haven't recieved it. I recieved an email about 6 weeks ago saying 5 to 15 business days but obviously that was a lie. They got no problem taking your money but cant deliver their product in a timely manner and then they dont even care enough about their customers to update them when they ask. Ultrasabers and electrum sabers are light years ahead of them in customer service and the speed of delivery. If I could give them 0 stars I would because they dont seem to care about their customers at all!

Good quality

Saber works pretty well, the only issue I've fun into is the blade is a bit wobbly, and after fully charging it sometimes it will just die and basically reset to a different blade setting. Overall pretty happy for it being mostly just a cool thing to have.

I really was excited to recieve my order. It was extremely high quality and enjoyable. I loved how it feels, looks, and sounds. The shipping time was very fast and made super durable. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend!
