Saberforge is great. I got my lightsaber in 4 weeks which is really fast for more expensive sabers. They had good tracking. So many people are complaining about shipping. They say it can take up to 4 months. My saber which was an eco class was built very nice and is sturdy.
The beskar ingots are great and have a nice weight to them. Would recommend. Though the duties and shipping I had to pay were stupid, saberforge needs to change that. Price almost doubled because of those prices so beware
I have to say that for a first time buyer the saber I received was top notch quality on the craftsmanship and the sound fonts are amazing. Great selection of different saber sounds and although being the introductory level of dueling sabers it's colors/blade effects are far above any retail saber. Overall a very satisfied customer who will definitely be purchasing another saber in the near future.
No need to mention how hard it is to find a store specialised in saber swords, but even if you get your fingers to such, they are going crazy with prices.
I love Saberforge for two reasons, they have a great assortment and they are reasonable with the prices.

Was very pleased with the saber but not the customer service as it took 4 requests to receive a response regarding my missing retention screw and was only told the size to buy a new one my self instead of a new piece all together
When I first ordered from SaberForge, I was misinformed of shipping times. After a battle through customer service, the owner personally reached out to me to help resolve the issue. Now, shipping is on track and everything looks good to go.
Their system isn't perfect, but they still do care about their customers.
Hilt arrived and is HORRIBLY designed. You have to remove a magnetic cover and insert a "kill key" to turn it off, but then you can't put the magnetic cover back on.
Blade arrived broken and won't light up.
Over a month fighting with customer service with no resolution. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, terrible company. Avoid at all costs. The only way they could possibly have this high of a rating is that they have bad reviews removed. Lets see how long mine lasts.
Edit: Sabeforge managed to hide this review while they tried to send me a new blade. Eventually I got a new, working blade for my saber, and it turns out they had sent the wrong charger initially, so they sent the correct charger as well.
I feel this review still stands because even though it was eventually resolved, it took a lot of work dealing with their customer service just to get something that should have been included in the first place.
I ordered a sabre and it did take the 8 to 10 weeks to be delivered, it cost 20% vat on top of original cost before parcel force would deliver it and it broke within a week, all they replied with was send a video of it not working, which we did (obviously nothing to see as would not work). Since then no correspondence from them at all despite many emails. So buyer beware once paid do not expect any help or repairs.
Never have I dealt with such terrible customer service. I don't ever care to write reviews, but this one takes the cake. I ordered a new saber June 1st of this year. And I still dont have it. I have friends who ordered new sabers from here after I did, and received their sabers months ago. Yet I still have no saber. They take literal days to even email you back about anything. Then they just tell you their putting a rush order note on it, which I'm sure they actually don't. I have emailed at least 4 times, and only received 3 messages back. I even went as far as ordering a saber from another website, and guess what, I got it already. 1 week versus Saberforge's infamous 6 month wait time. I would not recommend a saber from them, regardless of how well they're crafted. They took my money, and have produced no product. Even if/when I receive my saber, this review will stay here, and I will never get one from saberforge again.
When we placed our order it seemed like something was strange with the interface so I had to email SaberForge and it took a little while for them to get back to me. They must be very busy, but their email was kind and of good tone. It took about 7 weeks for our order to arrive, which is about what we were led to expect. We ordered about three weeks before Christmas, which must be a very busy time for them. My daughter's Saber arrived just as ordered and it's beautiful. Good work people! Thank you.
Customer service is terrible, their website claims 12-15 weeks. After 20 weeks (in which I wrote e-mails periodically to get updates) they forget to include sound, that thing they casually charge a minimum of 100$ to include. I'm a teacher, I don't get to treat myself to luxury items very often; so this was a pretty bad blow to me, and I implore you don't support this company, they care nothing about you or about Star Wars.
Forgot to add electronics into saber hit order emailed 30 mins after they got back to me week and a half later saying it was to late to just add that into the empty saber they were making? They want you to pay more to order self install parts lol I'll refund and reorder I can wait but pretty pathetic service cant change order minutes after you make it
It gives the word "helplessness" a whole new meaning. With no other way to communicate to them except through email and it takes them light years to respond, you are left with no choice but to wait helplessly. The waiting time is ridiculously long and they have no sense of decency to meet the customer's expectations. They will give you all sorts of excuses to keep you waiting longer for nothing. This company is bogus.
The saber is bloody amazing, but I cannot overstate how much it costed + my shipping country fees on top. It ended up being over £500/$630 (Was one of the more expensive ones but still). And Im not in a movie so its not really got too many uses, its flippin cool, but it requires a lot more thought, not something to impulse buy like I did
Never trust a company that will not accept phone calls- obviously not in the business of customer service. After spending way too much money on a light saber, the blade was actually missing out of the damaged box, and saber forge did nothing to help. They did not properly package the $350.00+ gift- the box came damaged- re-taped, while missing parts.
Do not buy anything from Saberforge. I ordered a standard build lightsaber on May 13,2020 and have not received it yet. I have emailed their customer service four times and been given excuses and promised my ordered would be rushed. That was a month and half ago and still my order is still in assembly. Do not waste your money and time. They offered $50 off my next order or a free gift because of the delay in their last response, all of their responses have taken at least a week as well. Can't tell you about a product I have never received and am beginning to think I'll never get. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to see if I can get what I paid for almost 6 months ago. So much for a 12 to 18 week delivery time.
This was my first experience looking for a premium saber. Loved the variety and options. Really appreciate that the hilts can have a variety of electronics. Enabled me to get the perfect one for me.
I ordered a saber from SF. The next day I learned a needed medical procedure would cost me thousands and I immediately cancelled my order. The store refused to cancel even though they had not begun my order. They then ghosted me and would not reply to anything. They had my money, they didn't care. You can see from the Better Business Bureau they commonly defraud customers.
We ordered a saber November 18th and payment has been taken out. We paid extra for shipping and haven't even received a confirmation of purchase yet. I do however have confirmation from my credit card that it was taken. No one has returned our emails. Its suppose to be coming to us in Canada. Does anyone have a phone number for this place. Very very upsetting.

Order changes are possible, however, they cannot be guaranteed. It depends on how far into production your order has gotten by the time the change is requested. If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact our customer service department at help@saberforge.com as early in your lead time as possible.
That said, orders that have shorter lead times are processed very quickly and we are rarely able to catch them in time to make changes to them. If your order contained items that generally ship out within 1-4 weeks, it would have entered production immediately after being placed and even if we had been able to respond to your email the same day your order would have been past the point where changes could be made. I sincerely apologize for any disappointment or frustration this has caused you!
