Bought a Claymore Sword from swordskingdom and i am more then happy with my purchase.
The order was delivered in just 5 days and the quality of the sword is amazing and the great customer service is a plus plus.

I recently ordered an item from their store, and it arrived damaged from the US courier who picked up the order.

I submitted a claim to them showing the damage, and since then I've been told in order:

1. A replacement Item has been shipped. (with no tracking number)
2. That I needed to contact FedEx to start a claim. (This is generally the responsibility of the seller in most cases, and no documenation states otherwise from their site)
3. The Item is currently being held at customs and they will only release it once I provide a claim number from Fedex to them (This is Bullcrap because if it's held in customs then it would have a tracking number. Why wouldn't the website be willing to release that to me as proof?)

Avoid these individuals or you'll be stuck going through the ChargeBack process with your bank.

Avoid! Didn't receive my sword. Tracking number provided is fake. They do not reply to my questions.

A complete scam of an alleged business. Ordered a sword on November 15,2023. Never received it. After waiting about a month with no communication from these thieves I attempted contact. Used their supposed live chat on their site and clearly a bot or whatever assured me they were on it and gave me a tracking number (which was never registered). It is now February of 2024 and after two other occasions of contacting their bogus chat and being assured they were sending and later re-sending the sword I filed a fraud charge with my credit card company. They are nothing but liars and thieves and stole $200 from me. DO NOT BUY from this FRAUDULENT BUSINESS.

I ordered a Final Fantasy Hyperion Gunblade of Seifer Almasy for my son on November 24th, 2023. It arrived on the 29th and was broken. I reached out to swords kingdom multiple times on their website and emailed them using the email they provided me. I never had a response regarding the claim and elevated it to the BBB. Swords kingdom never replied to the BBB either. This Pakistani company ships garbage products that they do not stand by nor will they give you a refund.

Ordered a product on 9/02. After a month I didn't receive it. After emailing several times, on 10/27, I was told to pay more for shipping as the dispatch team missed my package, or I could get a refund. I asked for a refund. I was told that I would get the refund by the end of that day on 10/27. Weeks went by with no refund and I sent several emails and did not hear back.

After not hearing from the company after multiple attempts, I contacted the Better Business Bureau to try and get my refund. They contacted the company and then I finally received my refund on 11/27.

I never received an email with the purchase order. I never received my order. I finally got an email saying they were going to refund my money. I never got my refund! This is a scam don't order from them, they will keep your money!

I recently purchased a sword from Swordskingdom as a gift, and prior to shipping I had asked them via live chat if the scabbard/sheath was the same as the one used in the TV show Ertugrul. They simply responded "yes". Unfortunately, after receiving the item I immediately noticed the scabbard was not the one from the show.

When I contacted Swordskingdom asking about a return/refund, they claimed the scabbard was not pictured and therefore not eligible for return. I explained that I had specifically asked if it matched the show's version, and they had confirmed it did. The agent asked me for proof of this claim. Since I did not save the chat transcript or take a screenshot, I could not provide evidence.

I asked the agent to check their chat history to verify my claim, but soon after the chat disappeared and I lost the ability to message them. Clearly they were unwilling to take responsibility for the incorrect information their representative had provided.

As this was intended as a gift, I went ahead and ordered the correct version from another seller. But I want to caution other customers - when chatting with Swordskingdom, be extremely detailed in your questions and remember to save transcripts and screenshots. Their willingness to provide inaccurate information and then refuse returns when the product doesn't match their claims is very concerning. I'm sharing my experience so others don't find themselves in the same frustrating situation.

Best quality Anduril sword arrived in just 7 days and the scabbard and wall mount was a bonus.

I ordered Sword of Thorin from Swordskingdom for my husband. My husband loves it! My long time lord of the rings and hobbit loving fan of a husband almost did a back-flip when he opened it! He shows it off every chance he gets. Very accurate and true to the design in the movies.

I bought a Berserk Guts Sword from this store for my son as he is a big fan of berserk.
He loved the sword. The quality of the sword is just amazing same as shown in the manga.

Ordered a sword for my father, from a game he really enjoys, about a month ago, got the order number... and nothing else. I can see the money was withdrawn on the day after, but I haven't received any updates. Tried logging into their website, which no longer seems to be working, and it's not on the orders tab. Tried calling their dead phone number, which seems to perpetually be busy. They've essentially stolen money from me.

I ordered three swords from Swords Kingdom uk in November 2021, which were to be delivered before Christmas 2021.
Due to production issues they were delayed, not a huge problem for me as they were not presents, but when they finally arrived one was very unbalanced.

When contacting Swordskingdom asking for a replacement they seemed helpful. I provided photos, and they asked for video which I also provided.
They apologised and promised a replacement, this was promised January 22nd 2022.

After waiting several months, and reaching out numerous times I was finally promised a refund. At this point I have waited over 9 months since placing my order. The initial person who promised me a refund was named Ami at the websites live chat.
They have promised a refund to my card twice now, but I have still not received it. I have reached out again without a reply.

Maybe you will finally refund me Swords Kingdom?
I am terribly disappointed as i thought I had found a good shop to recommend to other dancers..
