I recently purchased a sword from Swordskingdom as a gift, and prior to shipping I had asked them via live chat if the scabbard/sheath was the same as the one used in the TV show Ertugrul. They simply responded "yes". Unfortunately, after receiving the item I immediately noticed the scabbard was not the one from the show.

When I contacted Swordskingdom asking about a return/refund, they claimed the scabbard was not pictured and therefore not eligible for return. I explained that I had specifically asked if it matched the show's version, and they had confirmed it did. The agent asked me for proof of this claim. Since I did not save the chat transcript or take a screenshot, I could not provide evidence.

I asked the agent to check their chat history to verify my claim, but soon after the chat disappeared and I lost the ability to message them. Clearly they were unwilling to take responsibility for the incorrect information their representative had provided.

As this was intended as a gift, I went ahead and ordered the correct version from another seller. But I want to caution other customers - when chatting with Swordskingdom, be extremely detailed in your questions and remember to save transcripts and screenshots. Their willingness to provide inaccurate information and then refuse returns when the product doesn't match their claims is very concerning. I'm sharing my experience so others don't find themselves in the same frustrating situation.

Swords Kingdom is probably one of the best swords selling website from where you can get replica swords, helmets, shields and other replica warfare items at affordable rates. I bought 2 Captain America Shields and 1 Thor's Hammer. They arrived in great packaging and quality was very very impressive. 1 star is too high a rating for this site. Do not order from this site. Pick any other sword site. "Your order is in production and will ship Saturday" via the pop up chat, and then by email the same day "Your order is in production and will ship Monday" mind you this was 3 weeks after I ordered. Don't order from this site. They won't answer the phone and will ignore your emails. "We'll provide gift for delay compensation" but when you say you want a refund because their service is terrible they ghost you. This site is a SCAM don't waste your time!

-Hanger drilled wrong!
-Handle it terribly wrapped!
-Blade stencil is offset!

Of course they would blame the team of Sitejabber themselves. This is the mentality of Swordskingdom. Rather than try to be on the positive side of customer service, their answer is to defend themselves rather than try to help. Yes, I received their request for information to "identify" myself. However, this is a case where I'd rather not get into it with them as it took me years to get over this injury. The very last thing I want to do is to open those wounds. I wrote this review for others to be very careful dealing with them. Individuals buying one or two items can be very happy, but do not, I repeat, do not, purchase wholesale lots from them! They will send you every piece of garbage they have...

I ordered a Final Fantasy Hyperion Gunblade of Seifer Almasy for my son on November 24th, 2023. It arrived on the 29th and was broken. I reached out to swords kingdom multiple times on their website and emailed them using the email they provided me. I never had a response regarding the claim and elevated it to the BBB. Swords kingdom never replied to the BBB either. This Pakistani company ships garbage products that they do not stand by nor will they give you a refund.

First off the items come from Pakistan, so they claim the shipping cost is huge (mine was over half of what my items cost). They claim they make little profit from their products so customers can save, which may be true because they make most of their profit from their BS shipping costs which you will also get a bill from FedEx about a month later, even AFTER you have paid SK for shipping. Also their 24/7 chat is not 24/7, you can send something 24/7 but they only get back to you when they feel like it (if at all). I order replicas from the other side of the world all the time and pay little to no shipping who also have great customer support. This company is a joke and should be shut down for ripping off their customers and misleading them. Stay away.
