I knew saber forge sabers were amazing in the first place just because of their reputation in the cosplaying community, but even still I was surprised with how amazing it was, it looks sick and is insanely durable quality
I reached out to purchase the desert sons set and the customer service rep that helped me build the set that I was looking for was incredibly kind and helpful. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but they helped me build great sabers for a great price.
Other companies have made their parts interchangeable with a wide variety of saber manufacturers. Saberforge failed to do so, so they lose points in that regard. Otherwise, great looking emitter.
This was my 2nd lightsaber that i bought from Saberforge. The first time it took months until i recieved it. Now, with the 2nd saber, it only took 2 weeks. Also, the quality is much better now, eventhough it was great the first time. So overall i'm really satisfied.
Everything I've ever bought from Saberforge has been amazing, that being said not everything is always in stock. By no means does that make anything they do bad because it's hard to keep things supplied all the time. If you are willing to wait for products to return because it's what you want then you won't regret waiting to buy it from Saberforge.
Package was late but I received compensation. Product was excellent otherwise. Highly recommend for an affordable saber with good electronics.
Just keep in mind, you can't cancel an item even if done within a few hours.
I was pretty skeptical of my son spending his savings on a replica light saber but have to admit it's pretty awesome. He's thrilled and we were impressed with the quality. Even better that it's an Oregon company.

Packaging was disappointing could be nicer looking especially for the 600 dollar price point, u basically get a brown cardboard box with a logo and nothing else
The customer service is very friendly. Unlike some competitors, when talking to SF customer service, it feels like you're talking to a real person.
As for the shopping experience, it's ridiculously quick and easy. There's no "Buy two more blade plugs you don't need before checking out!" style pop-ups, and while there are many customization options for each product (not just sabers), it's still quick and easy to decide what you need.
All of this combined with Saberforge's premium saber designs, makes them a great company to do business with, and I'll certainly buy from them again.
The one star is only to submit this review and that is being generous, avoid at all costs if you are new to building them or live outside the United States. Took about 6 months to finally arrive, very unhelpful in the fact that in all that time my young daughter who was trying to get her first ever saber was not even contacted to say she hasn't got the right parts to make it a compatible working saber with light and sound and now they have quoted a additional £150 plus postage and custom fee not included for them to make it work adequately or stick with a hollow useless saber, very much not impressed by the customer service for what they charge

I only wish they would stock their parts faster. I am still waiting to get the rest of my items to complete my two light saber builds. However, I rather wait and get amazing parts then have parts stocked at the loss of quality. I started my builds about 1 year ago and I am still waiting for some items to come back into stock. But I find the wait is worth it to get exactly what I want.
As a side point, if one has little or no experience building electronics and custom items such as this it may seem like an intimidating amount of work. So before you take the plunge make sure you are ready for the challenge. If not use their build service and have the pros do it for you.

I purchased a Hero Mystery box. I didn't understand it didn't come with the pixel blade and so I was immediately disappointed. Is it my own fault, yes, but nothing stated "oh hey, make sure you're aware the blade doesn't come with this."
Additionally the menu doesn't seem to respond well to "Hold" instructions. Color change seems to activate randomly, volume can't be adjusted. It's probably some part user error but it's very frustrating to someone buying a saber for the first time.
Definately too costly for canadians to buy sabers or blasters, just on the product price point itself.
The shipping is a different story, paid for FedEx 3-5 day and it's day 6 currently with no product or shipping info

I have purchased from a few different companies and by far the quality and customer service with Saber Forge has been sooo much better than any of their competitors. Will definitely have return business. Now if I can convince them to come out with a rapier style cage hilt...
I purchased on the website. And designed my own from available parts. As long as you read carefully and look at availability of parts it is fairly simple. I live close to the store so I was able to go look at parts before I ordered. They do have deals on pre built sabers, but I opted to design my own.
My order claim in a reasonable amount of time, was a fair price, and looks outstanding in pictures and video for social media, and is the eye candy for most star wars fans at most conventions I go to. Even some commented on the improved quality of customer service and I totally agree, this was a highly enjoyable experience!
I ordered a saber from saberforge in November. They shipped it within a month, which was to my surprise. It arrived in the Netherlands not long after that. I emailed them that the charger was missing and they responded within 2 days and send me a new one. Very nice service!
And the saber is AWESOME
The best Shin Hati saber Replika I've seen so far. Very detailledand great to handle. The only thing I wished is that it it would be possible to reloaded in hilt.
The website ist quite clear and structure, all the available additional options are explained (other than in other saber shops). Paying via credit card seems to accepted internationally which makes it easy to pay.
I've know purchased two sabers from them and am always impressed with the craftsmanship. The hilts are art pieces themselves. Even my scratch and dent hilt is gorgeous. They are by far my favorite place to buy sabers from. You pay for the quality.
Saberforge is great. I got my lightsaber in 4 weeks which is really fast for more expensive sabers. They had good tracking. So many people are complaining about shipping. They say it can take up to 4 months. My saber which was an eco class was built very nice and is sturdy.
