How can it be that the shipping time is so bad?

The estimated lead time for an order depends on what items are included in the order. Orders are subject to the longest lead time for the items ordered. For example, if you order an Eco saber (which has an estimated lead time of 2-4 weeks) and you also order an Apprentice saber in Warrior, Veteran, Veteran RGB, or Hero tier (estimated 12-15 weeks) on the same order the lead time would default to the longer time frame.

Per our website Help page, because we manufacture the brightest and most affordable high end made to order sabers and adaptive saber parts, there is a HUGE demand for our products that has created an estimated 12-15 week lead time for most orders. Rest assured we are working as quickly as we can to process all of our orders, including yours. Please keep in mind that unlike many of our competitors, our exquisite sabers are assembled in the USA, and not mass produced overseas, so they do take some time to produce.

Some orders will require additional time for completion. Please also allow an additional 1-3 weeks for custom wraps.

Some orders may require less time for production. Orders that include Eco sabers, Initiate tier sabers and loose adaptive saber parts without assembly packages only generally ship out within 2-4 weeks. That said, if your order also contains another product with a longer lead time, your order would be subject to the longest lead time. For more information, please use the link below;

They hand craft it and not have a machine that can easily malfunction anytime. That's why there quality is so good.
