Sent my old saber in to have the electronics upgrade and couldn't be happier! It was received and processed in a timely manner and they got it back to me before my con!

Shopping experience is by far the best, as the website is the best of all saber stores i visited. The variety of hilts is also undefeated by any comparable store. Shipping took around three weeks, which is also completely fine for a delivery from the US to Germany and basically custom made orders.

It did take a while to get to me about 2 weeks more than it says on the website. But The wait was totally worth it. Their lightsabers are quality beautiful designs and great sound. I got an eco saber with RGB base Lit. I was worried it wouldn't be bright enough but the blade looks incredible. I appreciate that they have a more affordable option that is still a great product

I had a few questions about my order and some other things and Melissa A. From the customer service team was so amazingly helpful, she answered all my questions quickly, in depth and even provided me a photo of the hilt colours I was asking about, honestly a fantastic CSR and made my experience with saberforge fantastic, I expect to be buying more sabers in the future because it was such an excellent experience :)

I ordered this saber for my dad's 60th birthday coming up in a few days. He has always wanted one, but it is something that he would never buy for himself. Got the LGT Revenge because it is Luke's original blade, which is what my dad wanted.

I have not received my sons sord and I am just trying to find out how long it is going to take and I am not getting any response. I thought I would get it before Christmas. At this point I would just like to know that I am getting it for sure.

I purchased the knight valiant as a gift for my boyfriend, who is a HEMA club teacher and longsword enthusiast and also a Star Wars fan. Having a light saber with a guard, to use it like a longsword without edge alignment, is great fun! Wel crafted and beautiful

I got this hoping to use it as a coupler for a pair of dueling sabers I got elsewhere. However it did not fit the hilts. I think if I had the right hilts this would be a terrific tool, but as it is, it's just an extra part. It DOES have a sharp edge on it that I cut my finger on, so be careful. But that is all on me not the product.

Saberforge is not worth the premium price. From the terrible wait times, to the quality of their product, they consistently did not deliver. First, I had to wait approximately 4 months to get the lightsaber I ordered. I ordered this in September of 2020, so I didn't think too much of it seeing as the corona virus was in full swing at that point. When I received the saber (Which was 250 dollars), It did not come preinstalled will the belt attachment unit I ordered with it, which was inconvenient as I did not have the tools to install it at the time. Then, after about a month of light use it has started to come apart, and the paint on it has started to wear away already. I am extremely dissatisfied with this order, and an item of this price should not be falling apart after less than a month.

Saber Forge is an online retailer that sells light sabers for deuling and collectors. They have several models available, which are classified under two categories, namely Battle Sabers and Elite Sabers. Both kinds are assembled to order, and can be used for full contact and full speed dueling. The difference between the two categories is that the Elite Sabers Collection features more intricate and detailed designs.
In my opinion, the models classified under the Battle Sabers are still beautifully crafted. If there's a bad thing I can say about their products, it's that it's hard to pick out the best from the choices available. I particularly like the Exhalted for its clean lines. Although Saber Forge does not create custom sabers, I am very much pleased with this product and would not hesitate to order another one in the near future.

Ive ordered from both sites and I will not be going back to saber forge for anything. They claim yo have a 4-8 week standard turn around time which is already longer than ultrasabers, and they still can't even keep to that. All I ordered was some parts to upgrade a lightsaber and here I am after 9 weeks with no parts. The costumer service just tells you your not allowed to cancel your order and then ignore you all together. I will never be buying from them again.

Purchased a lightsaber from saber forge on January 15 2021 for roughly $300. It claimed the lead time was 8-10 weeks. I thought that was kind of long but purchased anyway. 11 weeks roll around and I still have not received it. I emailed them and they claim that the lead time was 15 weeks. I told them that the lead time I was given was at most 10 weeks. Their rep essentially told me that I was lying because their 15 week time frame was "on their site for more than a year". I am very disappointed with the service that I have received so far. I understand that covid has thrown a monkey wrench into things but 5 weeks past the originally promised lead time is excessive. I also prefer not to be called a liar. As I told the rep, I didn't just pull a lead time out of my butt.

Shipping cost pus importtaxes and unexpected extra FedEx make it less fun for overseas buyers.
FedEx extra cost (as per arrangement by SaberForge) where sadly not (as noticeable) declared upfront.
Order was perfectly packaged and fast shipt.

Worst company I've ever dealt with! Placed my order for a Champion Hilt on 11/16/17. Received it on 12/27/17 and it was DOA. Took three days for Saberforge to reply to my email inquiry requesting an RMA and sent me a return shipping label.

Sent a few emails over the following weeks asking for status. Actually got an! Back telling me they already told me 1-5 weeks on RMA. Keep in mind, I'm out $400 on a saber that I've still not received!

I got an email from Saberforge on 2/3/18 with an USPS tracking number. Six business days later, it still shows awaiting pickup from Saberforge.

Would NEVER, EVER buy from or support this lousy organization again.

After 6 months of waiting I finally got my saber and the quality is terrible. The entire emoter section is loose as one of the screws is missing and the other one is broken. The buttons for the switch aren't even attached and when I attempted to attach them they didn't fit into the saber. I still have received a response to my initial email to customer service and I doubt I will anytime soon. I will never order from this site again and I suggest you do the same.

The title pretty much says it all. I purchased a SN-Pixel Prodigal Son THQ and it's an amazing saber, ESPECIALLY for the price. The only problem I'm experiencing is the fact that all the website tutorials don't account for this model having an auxiliary button. The videos I've seen only sow the sabers with one button, not two. So I've been having a bit of difficulty setting up the saber the way I would like it. Any help is appreciated. That's the only issue. I wish these had a comprehensive usermanual, or a designated page devoted to tutorials and troubleshooting. That issue aside, holy CRAP, it's a nice saber.

The lightsabers have arrived and were perfect for my Jedi cosplay. All 3 lightsabers where shipped in perfect condition and in a prompt manner. Overall, I would highly recommend both the lightsabers and the seller equally

I bought 2 lightsabers, one for my daughter and one for myself. I was a bit skeptical at first, but these are absolutely amazing. First of all, the quality and sturdiness of them was definitely the most outstanding to me. When you wield it and flourish it, it just feels solid. The sound quality and light quality are amazing as well. I love that there are, I think 15 or 16, pre-built in sounds and light configurations that you can choose from.

It's a really great lightsaber! While it's a little hard to get used to it, overall it's a good lightsaber that has a lot of features. It has a lot of bright color options and the sound quality is good! This is my first lightsaber ever and within ten minutes of opening, my sister smashed it into a wall but it's built to be durable so it came out totally unscathed!
