Shipping from company on 8 Aug 2023 through UPS. Departure Scan from UPS to USPS in Morrow, Ga. 11 Aug 2023 as last tracking. No arrival scan to show arrival of shipment to USPS in Morrow, Ga. To show arrival, tracking stopped, only showing in transit. Current location Morrow, Ga. Received an email 15 Aug 2023 of delivery confirmation that stated to contact if shipment had not arrived. Contacted customer service and was told that I had to wait 15 days to file a claim because estimated delivery showed for that day. I tried to explain to him that delivery date had changed every day since the 14th but the shipment was at the last tracking point, departed for Morrow, Ga. Cannot understand the point of paying for product and shipping costs with tracking to ensure that you receive your orders, track shipment and see that there is an issue at tracking point for the last week, then be told that there is nothing we can do about it until 15 more days.

Super, could not have been better. Highly recommended to all!

3 weeks to get some white wrap and still waiting to arrive

Easy to do no problem ordering and received timely,what else can I say

We ordered headlight and taillight tint for my son's car. If you are not a certified and experienced tint installer, stay far away. We followed the instructions to the letter on the QR code provided and ended up ripping the tint using the squeegee provided. We called the customer service line after finding it on Google (they do not provide it easily) and the guy on the other end was completely rude and would not work with us at all. He told us to send a picture to the email *******@rvinyl.com. In sending the email, I received a one line response saying that the tear was from installer error and not eligible for a refund. On top of that, we have an unopened box I bought for my other son and was going to do that one next. That one is not eligible for a refund either...Only store credit. I would NEVER buy another item from these jerks and strongly suggest you stay away unless you are a tint installer by trade.

Be sure to measure for your specific taillights as th default selection is always 12x24" and is not based upon the vehicle info you enter. Other sizes are available and you will need to select the one that meets your specific application.

Package arrived in good condition. I have had previous issues with other company but Rvinyl is pretty reliable

Arrived fairly quickly. Very good and durable product. It was very simple installation

I received something completely different than what was ordered.

When i orderer, i saw just after that i made a mistake and i try to contact you couple hours after.
I have been told that i have to wait, receive my order that wasn't ship yet, return it at my expense to have a "store credit"...
I'm not happy about it cause just a good communication inside your shop could have save everyone money and time.

Delivery was fast and the product was well packaged. Well Done Rvinyl.

After reaching out to costumer service and telling them that my product never arrived they proceeded to tell me to check with my neighbors & post office, I checked and basically lost my money since no one can offer me more information!

One of the door cup protectors was damaged upon delivery

I have installed window tint many times in my life but thought I would take advantage of precut option. Following their detailed instructions along with watching their video this is not as easy as they show. This tint is very thin and flimsy, creases easily and had a TON of air bubbles that just would not come out. Ended up tearing it off and throwing away. Good luck.

Overall the order was great fast delivery but some of the cut outs didn't fit well properly wouldn't buy again
