Reviews are helpful and I get the whole customer service aspect, but ship the product before you ask someone to rate your business.

The best vinyl. My old vinyl on my motorcycle lasted 3 years in Albuquerque sun. I only had to replace the vinyl now after thieves stole my bike and scratched it. The vinyl was so tough it protected my plastics when they dropped it so all I have to do is replace the vinyl. The bright purple vinyl also helped me get my bike back. It was only spotted cause of how striking it looked.

Quick, easy and reasonably priced! Shipping was fast.

I had to trim a little bit of the film while installing. But overall, it was an easy install

Not what I expected, I expected better quality vinyl with a thick clear cover to help it last longer and look better, no some dime store vinyl.

Fast shipping even called me the day of shipping to tell me you were out of stock but found me an alternate product that matched beautifully

The product looked great and I had high hopes but trying to install it is a different problem

I bought some of the Rvinal branded precut window tint and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the film. It was rather cheap and extremely hard to work with. Those 2 things combined make it impossible for any beginners to successfully tint their windows. The thing about precut window tint is it is mostly advertised as "easy" or for beginners, however for the Rvinyl window tint it is definitely not for beginners. Conveniently enough they offer "discounted replacements" to get more money out of you before it's over with. Personally I found the "walmart brand" black magic select tint to be of better quality than Rvinyls precut film, and that is just sad.

Items shipped quickly, were as described, and were cut to perfection. My ability to install them on my car was the issue. I've decided to turn it over to the pros as I am obviously not cut out for this.

Order placed and came in the time it was supposed too

Ordered item advertised for my truck was the 25 piece dash decal set. Nothing came labeled to what goes where and everything is sized down, way way down. When I I fwas need them of the defected item, they requested a photo. I sent a photo of product against my vehicle and clearly it's way small. They told me this was the only model they make and that I could have store credit. I don't need $100 worth of $#*! for another vehicle. I asked for what I paid for as advertised and I got the same response. Return for store credit. Now again why go through the expense of producing nice vinyls as what they sent but for a miniature version of what is actually out there? The model they are using to fit my truck is correct but the scale is off by a long shot. They won't correct the issue and we not return my money. It's a scam through and through.

I ordered a wrap paper, took a screenshot (just to show it to my husband) I never thought I would need it but when the product arrived, it was something different. I called CS and spoke to Mariel, very rude person that should not be the voice of the company, and she stated that there was no mistake on their part but on my side. I asked to speak with someone else and she said that the owner does not take phone calls. I went ahead and send a pic of my order and she answered with a bogus excuse.
This company is horrible so I made a complaint with the BBB (they have many complaints). I wish I had search up the company better! A zero is what they deserve!

As a first time user, I can see it would have been a better idea to buy some cheaper vinyl to practice with. It sticks to itself like duck tape, and there is definitely a learning curve about how to manage it, especially trying to do so without a helper buddy. I'm going to ask a wrap shop to finish it for me because it just was too challenging just to do the trunk lid.

The item that I received is not what I ordered. I provided the VIN number for my vehicle and they still sent me the wrong item. The customer service representative was not helpful and unable to solve my issue.
