Wrong size was sent TWICE! We tried getting a replacement for YOUR mistake, and you messed it up AGAIN. We ordered 5 FT, a 4 ft roll was sent. We tried to correct the situation and got this replacement for free but it's still the wrong size. The order form clearly states 5 FT, as the first one did. Do you not sell 5 FT rolls? Why haven't we gotten a 5 FT roll? Very disappointed in the lack of attention to the order and order form. We will no longer purchase from your site, nor will we recommend your products.

Received my order in 3 days. Went to install but once you get through the cleaning portion, the instructions are very vague and lack detail for actually putting on the tint. What I came across was when do I trim the tint to fit? Should I have to trim since they should be custom cut to fit my window? How do I separate the film to get to the sticky part? No mention of the little stickers that are supposed to be for separating the film. After reading the instructions and Google searches I did the best I could. In the end, there's some creases and it just looked bad so I took it off. What wasn't creased looked good, but inexperience and lack of instructions made this a big fail for me.

Ordered a 1 ft by 1 ft vinyl wrap on Monday and it arrived within the week on standard shipping in perfect quality and the product was as advertised.

This was my second project using the one of the rust pattern vinyls. Both exceeded expectations visually and application was easy. The patterns did not distort at all even when stretched. I will continue to purchase from here.

Quick and easy. I do wish you offered a disabled veterans discount. I found the 3D vinyl to be a little misleading. This was my first wrap but instructions for prep were minimal at best and I am really shocked at the scrapes the applicator left on the wrap. I don't blame you for my lack of expertise but the quality was not what I had seen on your videos. This was a complete loss for me and the razor I bought was actually very chinsey and used. I wasn't impressed with that. I'll do this again as now I have learned a lot but I won't be using this vinyl and will likely try a different company for my own comparison.

Our vinyl arrived quickly next day. There was 1 small imperfection on the outside of the vinyl but we ordered for a few extra inches on each side and had enough for the whole job regardless so didn't worry about it. Product worked well- 2 people who have never wrapped a thing in their lives were able to wrap their golf cart successfully so I'd consider that a product we would get again.
