The quality of the product is extremely good in my opinion. I had purchased some wrap from another company and the color was so far off of what I wanted I never used it. It felt very cheap. The product from Rvinyl looks, feels and installs extremely well. I bought enough to do the job twice, just in case I messed up.

My only negative comment is that I was trying to match an interior color and on the Rvinyl website, the wrap color looked extremely close to the color interior color. When the product arrived, it was not exactly the color that was shown on the website. I don't know how that could be remedied because computers will show colors differently. So if you are looking to match a particular color to a wrap color you might be disappointed.

Chat with Alyssa was very helpful. Switching to Amazon payment did not allow me to use my credit card cash back balance. The side window pre-cut window tint for my 22 Promaster do not fit exactly trimming was necessary... which kind of defeats the buying the pre-cut.

Hard to find the pre-cut lengths on some of the Rvinyl sites.
It would have been nice if the application kit was bagged as a kit instead of just thrown into the box without any packing material.

The site was easy to navigate and pick out the products I wanted. Checkout had no issues either. Even customer service responded very quickly. Where the process failed miserably was in delivery and shipping. As of now it's been three weeks from order to ship something relatively simple from New York to Ohio and it hasn't even reached USPS as of yet. You so badly need to fire your shipping partner, It's ruining customer experience and satisfaction.

Kept up to date on shipping, product is great,not the first time I punched from Rvinvl, and probably not the last..

The description did not elaborate that their dash kits were stickers. Customer service doesn't care to help other than offer store credit and then they stop talking to you. They either offer tint or stickers. Not a whole lot to chose from to redeem you money. Slightly deceptive.

Beautiful Glossy wrap that REALLY looks like a professional custom paint, at a great price it was fast and easy to find a product that I liked, thank you. I recommend. Can't Waite to apply it.

I ordered multiple samples to get a better idea on what the vinyl looks and feels like. Their is a huge difference between looking at a picture online vs seeing it with your own eyes. The samples are high quality and durable.

Thanks to these samples I am able to put them against my motorcycle to find the best fit and which color and style I like best.

Unsuccessfully installed headlight tint on my '22 Tundra. No fault of Rvinyl. But need two sets of hands. Too difficult without damaging tint. The cut and shape simply makes it harder to install. Unfortunately, I wasited my money. I'd like to try it again someday.

Ordered Matte clear PPF for a special project I did not want gloss. Got just the amount I needed. Yaay!

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, order was never shipped by ups updates, label was created but item was never shipped, was told to wait until the 2nd of July for some action to be done, terrible costumer service, won't be a costumer again and will make sure to don't recommend rvinyl

It's 1/8 inch short of 5 inches, so if you need exactly 5 like I did, then buy larger like I should have and cut down.
