I bought the kit for a 2019 Model X, the Order shipped without the added products suggested for install. Then when installing the very first piece it doesn't cover the wood grain trim behind it. Support says they are accents and not meant to cover wood grain. This is not said anywhere on the product page. Support is now asking I return on my own dime for credit only. What am I supposed to buy?

Hmm, I paid for upgraded shipping and still have to wait 2x shipping time frame that i paid extra for, for them to potentially fix issue. Would not recommend!

Order over $300 of vinyl only received cheap set of install tools.NO VINYL When order was confirmed it said shipping 2-6 days. Its been 2 weeks. THEY CALLED THE ORDER COMPLETE BUT I RECEIVED NO VINYL WHATSOEVER.
CS agent inquired email after I ordered (before charging) about dimensions of PPF and I confirmed your specs were too tall for my bumper sill. So appreciate that they inquired, but disappointed that product description would not fit specified model.
