Recently, I ordered a small order of window tint and some vinyl wrap samples. The samples came quickly through the USPS. The tint however, is delayed in shipment. Apparently, someone at Rvinyl noticed and reached out to me. They asked for confirmation on my order status. Asking if I didn't receive the order, to promptly reply. So I did, stating my order has not been received. I was surprised by the early concern over my order being delayed or even lost in shipment. The reply from Rvinyl was unexpected. I was told to wait another two weeks for the USPS to deliver. Which is fine with me but then why reach out to me with such concern? Well, I'm sure eventually I will receive my order.
I ordered and installed the R-Shield film primarily to protect some very expensive, custom aftermarket headlights from UV light and general damage. Two years, hundreds of car washings, and thousands of miles of highway night driving later they still look great!
Any merchant sending me SIXTEEN identical messages in one day should not expect further business from me!

The color was right and it seemed like the packaging quality was good, however, when opening up the vinyl it was bent pretty bad an had noticeable damage. I was able to heat some of it out but the rest I just had to live with.
I ordered the reflective black. It was nice that it was shipped in a box and taped well. Product was in perfect condition when I received it.
No instructions to help identified profile pieces to install. Copied off internet what I could find Thank you very much.
