Ordered the precut taillights for a 2020 Lexus GX 460. Vinyl for the backup lights were a perfect fit. Brake lights precut vinyl was way too small even with stretching. Ended up using 2 Vivid+ vinyl scraps we had lying around that stretched more evenly and was easier to apply. I did prefer the color of the Rvinyl tint though.

This time I ordered online, and I paid with a credit card. The card went through and payment was received on their end. Then for some reason I was asked to submit copies of my credit card and driver's license, front and back, on a form that authorized them to use it indiscriminately. There were no dollar amounts on the page, it simply said they could charge for services rendered. They did say I could pay with PayPal or AmazonPay, but I choose not to use those, so it was easier to buy elsewhere. All of this hassle and delay over a $650 purchase, with a payment that went through and had to be refunded. In the end I used that same card to buy from a competitor, and they said "thank you" and shipped my order.

Order pre-cut rvinyl posttrim for my 2021 Jeep Cherokee. Product arrived completely different and not fit my post trim panel front and back. If it is slightly bigger or smaller I wound't say anything but completely off. Emailed to contact customer service and they agreed to reship the product but still not arrive or having it on hand yet, I could have a wrong items again. Someone is sleeping at work or didn't care about company at all. If it is like this, company will go out of business very soon

I put in my order 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive it and there is no phone number to callj just an email and that wasn't very personal! They finally contacted me to see if I received and I answered and still nothing 48 hrs later! Terrible Experience!

I needed some tint for my work vehicle and I wanted to do it myself. Getting precut pieces was recommended due to my inexperience on installing tint. The price was reasonable, and I found that their website was easy to search. I received my pieces with no issues, and they were professionally packed. Rvinyl also provided a lot of good self-help videos which were very helpful.

Ordered on April 13th Saturday. Today it's April 24th. Still created label and not shipped out yet. Customer service said I had to wait another 15 days for them to declare missing. Not only one with the same issue.

Fast shipping and got everything I needed. Have ordered from them in the past and I love this company!
