Everything was easy as 1,2,3. Now just to finish up project
Sales reps were great. Customer service was excellent.
Vinyl came damaged and they said they wouldn't do refunds so I took the lose on it.
Shipping info was confusing and vague. Vinyl arrived so tightly wound that it needed a few days to relax for actual use.
After making my purchase I was notified that the package was on its way but the tracking info/link that I was provided was essentially useless. Flat rate shipping being the only option was not ideal either. Only after receiving the order was I made aware that one of the items purchased was unavailable and that I was to receive a refund to which as of today 5/6/24 I have not received said refund.
I informed them and sent pictures of how bad it was going to fit and wanted to return them and they refused to refund my money but offered store credit! Why would I want store credit? I'm not gonna buy more crappy products from this company.
The vinyl looked amazing but they sent me the wrong set, I have an 04' Tacoma and they send me a kit for an automatic third gen so less than half of the kit fit my truck

This chrome vinyl from Avery Dennison is such a high quality vinyl. When I applied it to my door decal, not I single bubble. The service from RVINYL is great also. They always follow up in a few days about your order. Saperb Service!

I ordered three bottles of liquid. I was expecting all three bottles to come in one package. When the first package was delivered, only two bottles were in there. I immediately contacted Rvinyl to let them know that I only received two of the bottles of liquid. They let me know that the other bottle was coming in a separate package. And it did arrive soon after. I ordered several other items as well, and I received everything that I oredered.

You initially contacted us asking if you could send it back for a refund. After we told you we don't accept refunds on cut film you claimed it was damaged during shipment but you had already tried to use it.
