Being able to talk to a live person is much better customer service than just emails/chats, I am a 65 year old gentleman and had to cancel an order prior to shipping, filled out your contact form and must have entered my email incorrectly so I ended up with two orders but only needed one. The 1st order was the wrong shade, ordered the correct one then tried to return 1st order but per your return policy that was not possible. If the product had been between $100-$300 it would have been no big deal but now I am $750.00 over my budget. I understand my mistake but if I could have called all this could have been avoided.

Just spent $60 with all accessories on these headlight vinyl wraps. The Hyundai Sonata has really large headlights and with how the glass bends, it basically makes it impossible to wrap with vinyl. Not only that, but is a poor lineup against the glass. You might be able to make it semi fit using a hair dryer, but overall very very bad fit. Even the small wrap for the LED running board lights don't match up properly. Do not buy.

Ordered a sample and got it within 4 days and we are making sure we are able to plot this vyil with our machine.

I ordered some 2080 3m gloss black vinyl to wrap a spoiler and my experience was vary good. The shipping was fast and the product was packed well. As far as the quality of the vinyl, I am extremely satisfied. It looks great and install was easy. This vinyl is rated to last 7 years and I can believe it. I have used cheap Chinese vinyl in the past and this stuff is far superior. It stretched well with no change in color and the adhesive sticks well and it was able to be repositioned easily during install. A1 quality product, I highly recommend for diy installation for the inexperienced.

The vinyl after application did not match the color I ordered and the color that it was on the paper prior to applying it. The items recommended to aid in the application came with poor instructions and not enough resource for the job.

Placed my order and it was shipped very fast. Received my order in less than one week from the opposite side of the country. Would definitely order again when I need more stuff.

5 min after placing my order. I needed to make a product change. I spoke to a rep who said they would speak with the warehouse. It took 2 days to get back to me and "since it was 2 days after the order was made" they could not accept a refund or product change. Weak

Ordered a precut window tint kit. Installation went great and sizing was perfect. Ordered a precut tint kit for my tail lights and it was not the correct size. Shaping was right but with the tint to the very edges of the light, there was a fold in the tint that stood about two inches from the surface of the light indicating the tint was significantly larger than the light.

Easy site to use. Great product selection. Restored an older pontoon with all new vinyl applications.

Arrived on time and as expected. No hassle, no issues, exactly as described.
