All was perfect for ordering and delivery! However, we also bought a mat for under the rug and do not know what side of the mat goes/touches the floor and what side of the mat is directly below the rug. Any help would be appreciated.
Glitchy website took my money but didn't tell me the order went through. CS didn't have a clue until escalated to manager. Twice. Still don't trust that they sent my product. Will contact bank if product isn't here in the new few days as advertised.

I love this rug.The colors- soft gray with pops of blues and yellow- work beautifully in a guest bedroom. The rug has no odor and lays flat right out of the roll. Delivery was quick.
