How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Rugs.com?

Not easy. Sent email and receive rote response, which did nothing to answer question. Then receive text from them saying there were no details to share regarding delivery.

They're quick to respond, this was my experience in sept of this year

Impossible to return!!! They don't provide a return lable you have to call. I called twice staying on hold 20min and again for over 40 min before I hung up. Tried email twice, still here with no response after 3 weeks!! Stay away from them!!!!
