My 1st order they sent two instead of one. I called and they gave me the second one at a discounted price. I am now ordering another rug for my family room because I was impressed with the quality and the great customer service.

My 4-year-old great grandson helped pick this rug out. It will replace a round rug in which the edges are curling up and I am in danger of tripping. I certainly hope these edges don't url up.

What kind of a website is this, such a store, I ordered the tracks, they were supposed to come on the third, then they said on the fifth, the tracks didn't come, I wrote that they came, I started to correspond with them, they promise everything, they promise, it's been 6 days since they promised to do something, nothing has been done, no tracks, no money

I love the rug. I happen to order the wrong size. I called to ask if I could exchange it and was told I would have to return it. I would get a credit. It went so smoothly. I decided to go ahead and place an order for a larger size before I even received the credit. Nice when you feel a company is straight up.
