Rugs.com makes it very easy to see how the product looks in total and how it will look in your space. All of my questions were answered on the user-friendly site before I could ask. I've very happy with my experience and am sure I'll be equally happy with my purchase.

Having no success looking for a 5x7 rug that I liked...I stumble upon Rugs.com. Their selections of that particular size rug was very generous. I found the perfect one that suits my decor and am very excited for it's arrival. So...selections if wonderful. Will come back later for delivery and service if there are problems.

There were so many choices of rugs in colors and sizes. Most things were in stock. The sales prices were very affordable. I haven't gotten my rug yet, but I hope it's good quality!

This is probably the 8th rug I have purchased from the company. The quality and coastal pattern selections are beyond compare. I especially like the size selection in each pattern. Other companies never seem to have every pattern in every size but rugs.com always does and appreciate that.

I am not happy. I completed a survey that said I would get a $20 credit- which I did not receive! I call customer service and was told to wait 24hrs- which I did. Still no credit.
