Our experience with Rugs.com has be first-rate! Ordered on Wednesday evening, selected free shipping, and the rugs arrived Friday morning! And they are just as beautiful in person as viewed on line! We will definitely be ordering from Rugs.com again!

I saw there was a 15% off to buy 2 rugs which I did and it was there at checkout and disappeared when I put billing info.

The site is a little confusing. I kept "losing" my rug. But real problem arose when I went to pay. Took me about 15 minutes. I wanted to pay through bank but that was really impossible for me to figure out - too many back and forth verifications through email. I finally gave up and used credit card. We'll see how I like the rugs. 🤞

I found my experience great since I found a rug that I can use to replace the rug that my dog destroyed at a reasonable price. However, I almost did not find this rug since the one that I almost bought was a lighter shade. All shades should be with one part of your site. I found the one I bought clear back to the 30th page when I was just going to quit looking. That is why the four star verses a 5 star rating

I love the colors and weight of the rug but the way it was packaged has left many lumps and bumps that are not settling out. I have put weights on it but no luck so far. What can I do to alleviate this issue? I would suggest that your rugs are shipped on a roll instead of folded into a smaller package.

I purchased 2 for my last apt and 8 for my new house. My family is hard on rugs, so it is hard for me to justify reaĺly pricey rugs. I have found these rugs to finish my decor by pulling the room together, and they are great for layering. They hold up pretty well, too.
