I ordered my rug one day and it was here the next. I was worried about the quality because of the price, but I am so happy with it. It looks great in our den and my grandson loves playing on it. I'll definitely order from them again.

Beautiful runner run but came to me dirty bc package was broken open.

All was perfect for ordering and delivery! However, we also bought a mat for under the rug and do not know what side of the mat goes/touches the floor and what side of the mat is directly below the rug. Any help would be appreciated.
