I have purchased from this company before and I'm very pleased with the product. Just the fact that the rugs are washable is a big plus! All the better if you find them on sale. I bought a lightweight waffle type "pad" for under the rug. Works perfectly. Got kids, pets, messy people? This is the rug for you.

I have been looking for what appears to everyone else to be an odd sized rug. I found exactly what I wanted! This site has everything you can imagine and more. I can't speak to the quality yet as I haven't received them, but 5 stars for the shopping experience. Vast selection, easy navigation, super quick - I am excited to see how the rugs look in my house. BTW, so many positive reviews, with people sharing actual photos of their homes, so you know it's not just robot love.
Website is easy to browse and the examples of rugs in rooms helps greatly with selection. All in all a very good experience and easy in decision making.
I ordered a rug, paid extra for 2 day shipping. I received tracking info stating my rug would arrive in 5 days. I called customer service and was informed they do not ship out on weekends. I ordered Friday evening. This was not stated when ordering. They also refuse to refund me the extra I paid for 2 day shipping. Had they down that I would have been ok. Since they did not and we're not willing to work with me they get a bad review also with a complaint to the BBB.
Revised: Customer Service contacted me within 24 hours and refunded the extra amount for 2 day shipping.
