Nice rug, great size. I justneed a little darker, less white next time. Quality is good., priced well.
Good, but the visual I observed was not exactly as the rug I received. I expected the rug color to be a bit darker. But, we are keeping it as is. Also it was not 9' long, but a bit shorter.
The rug came quickly, and it was even prettier in person. The price was great too. Next time I need a rug, I'll be looking here first!
I specifically asked for my delivery to be delayed until 10/3 as I am out of town and won't be home for a delivery. Please check instructions left with customer service and make sure they are followed

I bought the Francesca rug and it arrived in 2 days which was awesome! The color was a little bit off from the picture but it is still quite beautiful and I'm happy with it. My only complaint which is no fault of your own is my e-mail said FedEx delivered it to my front door. I have 2 front doors and one of them is under a carport. I checked both doors and it wasn't there. As I walked between both front doors, there it was just laying in my front yard on the ground out in the open. I don't know why the delivery guy didn't put it under the carport where it couldn't get rained on. My experience with you though, Rugs.com, was perfect!
We only received our rug today so have not yet had time to spread it out and enjoy it, but so far it looks wonderful. However, my issue is with the delivery. I wish you would consider using another carrier other than Federal Express, who left our rug out in the rain, even though we clearly had posted signs right beside where they dropped the rug asking them to put the rug inside our breezeway. If the rug ends up having water damage, Rugs.com will have to replace it at their cost. We have had other similar issues with Fed Ex and may not continue to use Rugs.com to purchase rugs if Fed Ex is their carrier of choice.
Easy to find what I was looking for at a great price
Everything was better than expected. Ordering was easy. Delivery was quick. The rugs were even richer looking in person. I am SO, SO PLEASED with this product. I ordered a runner and an area rug. Great value for amazing quality!

I just wish FEDEX was more considerate
Rug delivered in rain, which FedEx not at fault, however, FedEx stood against building with the bottom end in mud instead of 5" over on the concrete. Thankfully, wrapping avoided damage to the carpet. I am not a fan of FedEx. Have had issues in the past. Just grateful that they delivered it to my address and not another location as they have gone in the past. Rug is beautiful. Thank you Rugs.com
