Great shipping and great product! Came much more quickly than expected and while i need to flatten the roll marks it is exactly how it looks online!

One rug is not cut straight across so when laying them next to each other there is a gap

I bought a small (2'x3') rug to match my room rugs and the matching pad. They arrived today and were so tightly wrapped that they were dented in. I've laid them out and put weights along the sides. Perhaps a little less oomph in pulling the wrap around the rugs, please.
