I ordered a new rug for my family room. It arrived 2 days after ordering! And was exactly as pictured. The price was amazing! I've already referred 2 friends interested in purchasing new rugs!
I have used Rugs.com before and it is always a very easy experience. The reason for the four stars is the jute entry way rug has a 4 inch strech that was not sewn together. Fortunately, I'm able to use a thread & needle to repair. The rug is exactly what I wanted and is very comfortable under a barefoot.
I have ordered lots of times and totally happy with the service and the rugs every time. I would not think of buying a rug anywhere else. I have pets... so yes, I do need to replace rugs at the back door at times. The sale prices are great and I can replace rugs at needed.

The color was pretty, however I felt the rug shag was sparse and missing thickness. Somewhat disappointed.
Found a rug on the website that matched the picture on my wall with the correct colors and design to go with it. I absolutely loved the feature on the website that I was able to take a picture of the room and add the rug to the room. This allowed me to know the correct size to order and I also decided I would order a matching rug for the front door entrance along with the area rug. The rugs were received on the date I was advised. Both rugs were exactly as they looked on the website and are in my opinion of excellent quality. I would recommend rugs.com to anyone I know needing a rug, and maybe ordering more bags for myself.

Wow! Thank you Rugs.com for the AMAZING rug! We have recently set up a sensory room for some of our special needs babies and we call it The Cozy Corner! Inside we have a few twinkling lights, soft bean bag chairs, a sound and bubble machine and soft warm blankets. The beautiful rug was the perfect addition to help complete our room. The babies and I appreciate it so much and will enjoy it for years to come!
