I ordered online, two rugs with pads. I later realized that one of the rugs I ordered was going to be too big for the area that I wanted. I was able to chat online with someone who advised me to cancel the order and reorder the correct size. She took care of canceling the order for me and sent confirmation. She even made sure I got my two rug discount. I usually hate chats but this one worked perfectly.
