I had a very pleasant experience! I had purchased an outdoor rug and it did not last as long as I had hoped. I was extremely pleased to receive credit for my purchase! I was able to order a new indoor runner that matches another rug I purchased two years ago.

Needed some bedroom rugs. Found Rugs.com So easy to.use. Large selection and types. Got mine on sale - can't wait for them to arrive.

It took less than 10 days to receive my rug which was in excellent condition. I'm looking forward to smoothing out the creases and am researching now. If instructions are not on your website already, this would be an excellent idea and customer convenience. Maybe add them in the packing, for an even greater convenience.

Had a hard time entering the order. Took my credit card then the screen went blank. Called into customer service. She couldn't find any info. I started over and completed the order. The rug came very quickly. We've had it out on the lanai for two days now waiting for it to straighten out. Should be ok by tomorrow. It should look very nice out there.

I used to spend hours looking for the right rug but learned a few years ago that rugs.com was so much easier and had great rugs at affordable prices! I've bought at least 5 in the last few years and haven't been disappointed yet!

I have ordered 2- 4×6 rugs and 3-2×3 carpets. The only one I did not care was the shag rug I ordered for my bedroom. It's good quality, I just didn't like the shag.
As for the other rug and carpetsI love them.

It is a beautiful rug but I have to return as this does not cover the area I wanted to cover. Will order a different size

I bought a 9 x 12 in this same pattern and when this smaller one showed up for this magical price it had my name on it. Shows no dirt and very plush on the feet. Thank you.

Rugs were even nicer than we expected. Very soft and the bumps we were concerned about flattened within a few hours.
Rugs were delivered exactly when promised.

When viewing the items I wanted, delivery said by Friday, 9/29. I really needed by 9/28, so I chose express shipping, hoping to get it before my furniture arrived on 9/29. Didn't even arrive by 9/29. Hopefully it will get her on 10/2. And I paid extra for this. Very disappointed.

Pleased with the quick delivery, quality of the shipping package. Rug is beautiful and again high quality.

The horse pattern rug is wonderful. There is one are where the blue color is darker and looks wet.
No other complaints.

What I ordered came in quickly. The colors look great! I'm having trouble with the fringe sides laying down flat. What do you suggest? I had ordered one liner to try...it made it worse on a runner...

Purchase procedure and speedy arrival were great. I wouldn't say the cost of rug was justified by so-so quality. Rug is placed in spare bedroom so there should be very little foot traffic ot create wear.
