Good luck on trying to receive something on time. We paid extra shipping to get it here on time and it was STILL late. Their response, send it back and we will refund 60%. What a waste and rip off of a company. Pitiful!
I ordered a dress, and it took almost forever to get. When it finally arrived I was extremely disappointed to find that the dress didnt even cover half of my behind (which wasn't because I ordered the wrong size, it just must be how they where things in China) and was also the cheapest material I've ever seen. When I tried to return it I was only going to recieve 60% back (if they saw fit) and was going to have to pay the shipping to return it. I guess that's how they make their money; by selling unfit things made of cheap material and then making it so you lose all of your money either way.

Very nice quality and cute, just slightly small on me personally but I can make it work, I was hoping it would be slightly baggy and longer but it’s more like a form fitting shirt. But over all very nice.
I found the most amazing dress for a wedding I had to go to on rotita.com! I had no trouble whatsoever with the ordering process, and everything came just as promised, even a few days early! It is exactly like it looks and I can't wait to wear it to the wedding!

Have been told I can get a refund but still nothing yet they are ignoring me if u don't mind ur items being 3 weeks late then yes by all means shop sith them but don't expect their customer service to be any good and don't expect the perfect item either I will never shop with them again I payed extra postage to have my item here in a week and it took 4 weeks all together they hadn't even shipped it after the first week despite me paying extra

I ordered 5 item from this online store, and none of it fits, it says its full figure but its not, this is false advertising at its best, I'm not usually a 2x but I bought it just incase there may have been a size issue, and yes it was. The 2x was too small for me, these sizes are not made for full figure women. The fabric is cheap and the many of the ladies who have written bad reviews are right it looks totally different that what is pictured, I want my money back, It says you can live chat with them, but there system wont allow me to do that either. This is a horrible company. They make it hard for you to find your order numbers too,
