Then I called cust service, & tried to find some help but the cs rep I spoke with: Barbara, got MAD AT ME! Telling me off because I was upset & told her "WTF." Where was RS empathy & professionalism? Barbara only made me feel worse! I knew I'd need a supervisor. I was informed that RS would correct their mistake, that they would expedite this 2nd package out to me, & got a mediocre apology. To that, I have to say the same thing, WTF, Ross Simons? WTF?
Customer Service stinks. And RS obviously doesn't have QA system that works. I shouldn't have to need a supervisor to correct THEIR ERROR but Barbara was only making me more angry. Not good if you want to keep your customers happy & coming back! Previous order, also a ring, I found on Ebay for 1/3 the price! It's not like RS sells great quality jewelry you can't find anywhere else.
