Placed an order… Wanted to check the order status and try to get an estimate of when I should receive the item…… Checked the order and lo and behold, it says the item is currently unavailable.

So you're telling me that you're lying to customers/potential customers about having the inventory in stock but in actuality it is not?

I went back onto the site and looked up the exact product I ordered and there you you have it, it says it is in stock. But it really isn't, they do not have it in stock and who knows when that will be. If an item is out of stock, that needs to be reflected on the website so it's no being ordered. Now the company is actually lying straight to our faces when it says "In-stock"

Product cost me around $1000 even with the discount and it's "currently unavailable"?

We show this order was placed on 2/4/23 and the order was shipped on 2/6/23. The item is not currently on backorder. If an item is not available at the time of purchase it is normally listed with the in-stock date the item will be shipped by. The item is currently in stock.

This was my first bad experience with the company. I ordered a sterling silver heart link bracelet, and it was very disappointing. The price was $99.99, but it was so cheap looking. Had a difficult time with the clasp too. It was returned, and I had to pay $6.75 shipping!

The shopping experience was excellent until it came to the checkout process, which was tedious and required me to input the same information twice.

The ring was pretty from afar, but the stone looked clear on the inside and wasn't the best or what I expected. The band was also very thin and ran large. Overall, I wasn't happy with the ring or the quality.

I paid $10 more to get my item within 2 days. I didn't get it on time but I recieved notice two days later that; deliverd! I called many places to see what to do even I went to UPS near me. I thought it was stolen. I asked
