Love the cross necklace I bought. It's beautiful. It would be perfect if the clasp is bigger - too small for even my medium-sized fingers.

It was time to seek this set, due to a lost wedding band and didn't want to lose her engagement ring. She has memory issues but really loves this set and will no longer have "empty ugly hands" (her words, not ours). My only comment is wish you carried size 4 and half sizes! She's really a 4.5 (had to buy 5) and I'm a 3.75 ring finger!

For the most part, I have been happy with my purchases from Ross-Simons, but I have had to return the last few items due to poor quality. A stone fell out of a ring I ordered, then I received a gemstone ring that was poorly cut, and finally I received a pair of gemstone earrings in which its stones' color and quality did not look at all like the pictures on the website. I think the online pictures should more accurately reflect what the pieces look like in reality, otherwise it's misleading and leads to customer disappointment.

Immediately asked for a refund on an order after hitting submit order (submitting request to customer service by email less than 10 seconds after I submitted the order). According to the website orders can be canceled if they have not shipped. My order had certainly not shipped ten seconds after the order was submitted, but customer service denied my cancellation request. The product I received is nice and I plan to keep it to avoid having to go through the return process, but I was frustrated by this inconsistency with the information on the website and my experience.

Overall experience very good. The bracelet was a disappointment. Light weight and flimsy. Earrings were GREAT!

Just fine, the rings are perfect. I saw what I wanted so I bought them.

The shipping speed was adequate and the process was fine. However, I didn't even have my ring a week before one of the stones popped out. I looked down at it and it was gone. I have other rings with similar stones from other places that I have worn for years In all types of situations and have never had a problem. It's no longer wearable and in less than a week.

The experience was excellent but item was to large and had to be returned.

The necklace I bought shipped very quickly and was nicely packaged. It was bigger than I expected, but that's just because I'm bad at measurements. I like it a lot and will wear it.

Ring feels too thick on my short, stubby fingers. Will be returning it and maybe purchasing another.
