I ordered a different bracelet with faulty clasp and discussed with an online employee. It was VERY hard to figure out the return/refund and replacement with this new bracelet. I am unhappy, but I like the little bangle with my watch, so I hope this one works. I doubt I'll be ordering from RS again however.

I bought cz studs, pearl studs (for approx $200) and a pair of cz's edged in gold. The earrings were almost impossible to put on - I believe that they were trying to use as little 14K gold as possible, and it resulted in earring backs that are so so TINY that they kept getting stuck under my fingernail, and were very difficult (impossible with the pearls) to put on to the post. These backs and posts are minuscule.Further, they all arrived with instructions for gold over silver, in each individual box. WHY? I bought 14K gold because other metal irritates my ears.

Excellent quality and workmanship on this intricate necklace. I expected a necklace box to come with the necklace for my anniversary gift. Just a small storage bag was included. Disappointing, just a bit.

Though this ring is beautiful, it is not what I was expecting. It's extremely light weight and feels like plastic. I checked the ring to see if I saw the 14K stamp, which it does have. Then I did a Google search, because I've never had a gold ring feel the way this one does. After some research I found an article that said when gold is mixed with polymer latex and protein fibers, and dotted with air pockets, it's lighter: https://newatlas.com/materials/lightweight-gold-plastic-pure/. This should have been disclosed in the description. I'll keep the ring but not sure of how it will hold up and if worth the price paid.
I love the necklace, beautifully sparks. My only challenge is to lay it flat with the double chain, on chain it has little diamonds and it turns luckily the back looks like the front of diamond

I purchased a ring that I love & when checking out there was a pop up item that was very on trend and so reasonable compared to other sellers...I snapped that up too. Low quality. No way to return it. Customer service emailed me a label that says if I copy it the barcode won't work, so how do they suggest I get it out of my email? There's no 14 kt stamp on the chain, so that's problematic in it self.
All of our gold pieces are stamped, usually on or near the clasp. We are having our inventory inspected for this piece to resolve any issues. We have requested a label by mail, or you may print the label and put on the package to take to the post office. We have reached out to assist.

We regret there was an issue with the bracelet received, it is not the experience we want for any of our customers especially one that has shopped with us for 20 plus years.
