I was very disappointed in the quality of this bracelet for two reasons. First of all, the surfaces of most of the sapphires were scratched. As I read in the Ross-Simons "Related Articles" sapphires are second only to diamonds in hardness, so I can't understand why such obvious scratches occurred, let alone not caught by Quality Assurance before shipping.
Secondly, the bracelet only had two "Diamond Accents" not 13 as stated by a Ross Simons employee who answered in my question. (See Q&A) I will return the bracelet.

I ordered three gold bangles and received them today. However one was broken. I emailed customer service and they will send a replacement after they receive my return. I don't appreciate that process but I am happy to eventually get a replacement.
