I loved my entire order! Everything I ordered is beautiful!

I noted when placing the order that the billing address for the credit card is different from the shipping address for the merchandise. Instead, the item was sent to my billing address which caused quite a delay for my receipt of the order.

Good company but no matter how many times you unsubscribe, every time you place an order they go back to their constant spamming. I can never understand why someone can convince an otherwise good company that the best why to make their customers like them more is to send multiple emails a day harassing them. Lots of other companies to choose from. Perhaps it it time to simply block them forever.

I ordered a costume ring with a large bow on top, the bow was only tacked down on one side so it moves when presure is put on the side not tacked down. Eventually the movement will weaken the hold on the bow. It is also a large ring so it will get caught on stuff. My concern is when it gets caught on something it will pull the bow off since it does not seem to be attached well. I called to return, didn't realize that I have to pay return shipping. Since I return so few purchases I never considered checking the return policy. That is my fault but disappointing for what seemed to be such a good company.

Order and shipping was great. When the earrings arrived they were not quite as large as they appear in the on line picture. I am trying to replace a pair that I purchased from Ross-Simons over 20 years ago, no luck in finding the exact earring. Was hopeful these would be close. Not sure if I will keep due to the size.

Classy looking piece for dress up or everyday. I'll be layering it with other sterling silver bracelets. The clasp is unique. I'm sure it will get a lot of looks! Good quality but light weight.

I've been looking for a Peridot ring My thoughts were off a single but large Peridot. My husband was helping me look and saw this. He thought he would show me as a joke, but as soon as I saw it, I knew it was the one. I love frogs! The design of the frog taking a bite out of the gem made me smile. It is even more neutral in person and it still smile! I love it!
