I needed a specific type of gift for a special person and had looked for it for a while. When I saw it on your site, I was certain that it was the perfect solution. Sure enough, I ordered it (along with a pair of earrings I have literally been desiring for over a year!) The icing on the deal is that they arrived exactly on time, which was pivotal.
I ordered the 1.5mm 14kt Yellow Gold Twisted Rope-Chain Necklace. 18" necklace in August and it did not take more than 2 weeks before the clasp uncoupled from the chain and I had to use my warranty to purchase another. I received my replacement the second week of September and again, 2 WEEKS LATER THE CLASP OF THE NEW CHAIN BROKE. This is a terrible, poor-quality product. I have been wearing gold necklaces and other jewelry for more than 20 years and never experienced anything like this before. I would not recommend Ross-Simons or their products to anyone I know. Buyer beware!

I had been looking for a statement black and gold ring for a couple of years: one which would be consistent with my mantra of: maximum bling; minimum bucks. The ring had to be large, black with gold accents, stylish and well made to sustain the abuse of frequent use. This ring fulfilled my expectations.

The necklaces are really nice but very delicate. The clasp is tiny and already has issues with closing. I know this isn't Cartier but the clasp is super cheap and low quality. The second issue was each necklace was tangled. Normally, the item is packaged in a small ziplock baggie, these were not. It looked like who ever packaged the necklaces knotted them in several places before shipping them. I was going to return them but I managed to unknot them.
