I bought one tiny stud earring to give as a gift. The earring itself is lovely, but--I don't know how to present it since it's just sitting in the bottom of a little plastic bag. I know the earring is tiny, but still. Now I'm looking for a black jewelry box to put it in. Since earring boxes typically have 2 holes, I'm thinking ring box? Necklace? I don't know. A box from you would've been very helpful.

I am undergoing cancer treatment and have lost a significant amount of weight, so my rings were twirling on my fingers. I've looked in stores but was intrigued when I saw a R-S ad, because the rings were so unique, and they came as small as a size 5. After much indecision, due to all the choices, I settled upon the Garnet Highway ring. Not my usual color of stone (I love any blue stone) but wanted something different. It is more beautiful in person, fits perfectly, and was shipped pretty fast. I'm now considering another ring for my right hand 😊

I was very glad with the service and the turnaround time. I received the earrings on a timely manner. It did not take long. I'm satisfied with the quality of the citrine earrings.

Placed an order, received confirmation, never shipped. You canceled order for unknown reason, without notifying me. Then I had to fight with telephone rep to reorder at the same price. Finally got price concession, and free late delivery. Product I ordered was good, but may be last experience with company

I needed a new silver ring as I had surgery on my hand and most of my rings did not fit. I saw a beautiful ring online with an intricate design that makes a statement. And there was a sale! The ring arrived and I love it. Each time I've worn it, I've received compliments. I will definitely order from this company again.

I have ordered several times from Ross-Simon's through the years and have always been pleased with their products and the customer service they provide. Their jewelry is beautiful and I love looking for that "special" unique piece in their online catalog.

Website was a bit slow but has great selections. This was my first and last time ever ordering. They say the product came with a gift box so I thought that ment like what jewelry normally comes in boy was I wrong! The earrings were in a sealed zip lock bag no box that is presentable for a gift box to display them at all. Much smaller in person as well. Quality mediocre at best.Disappointed but will see if my nieces like them or if I return them. Shipping took 2 weeks!

Nice price user friendly site and very good Quality products! I window shopped for hours my birthday is on December 26 oftentimes Xmas over shadow gift giving so it's my time of the year to treat myself to something I love Jewelry!

The bracelet is beautiful. The bracelet clasp is ill designed. I could not get the clasp to fit into the slot. Was disappointed as I really liked the bracelet but as stated the clasp did not function properly.

Purchase was a gift sent to receiver and u sent my name and Billing address to them it was incorrect but had my name I'm not happy it would of revealed my Billing address

Ross Simmons has quality merchandise, and I have purchased items for years. This is the first time that I wasn't happy with how tiny the 14k charm is. The necklace i purchased is lovely though.

I purchased the necklace extender for a Christmas gift. It looks very nice. It came in a very soft, nice pouch inside of a small box. Very professional packaging. I believe my mother will be quite pleased when she opens it up. I purchased it to add length to a cherished necklace of hers.
