I purchased the necklace extender for a Christmas gift. It looks very nice. It came in a very soft, nice pouch inside of a small box. Very professional packaging. I believe my mother will be quite pleased when she opens it up. I purchased it to add length to a cherished necklace of hers.

I received a used item with the back of the ring scuffed up and the ring in a plastic bag. This ring should have come with the Judith Ripka box and pouch. Very disappointed with the ring. Do better.

I ordered a pair of turquoise earrings, based on the photo that showed a very beautiful blue turquoise stud earrings. The stone was very blue and that was the predominant color, almost all blue. What I received was a pair of stud earrings where the stones had so many dark inclusions that they seemed black instead of blue. Totally disappointed and will never shop this site again. Can't say I trust them to send me something closer to the photo, so money down the drain.

I am a frequent shopper at Ross Simon. Always have been amazed how short the delivery time is. This latest purchase seemed to be stuck in Indianapolis for weeks. Not blaming Ross Simon, it seemed to be the postal service.

I received my pendant but there was a flaw in it. I called and got an agent without having to wait on hold forever. He spoke English clearly and was very accommodating. He immediately put a replacement in the mail and I received it in a couple days, just in time to give it as a gift. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Fast and easy order and delivery. It's a pretty ring for the price, although when side by side with my real tanzanite and diamond ring you can easily tell the difference. It's nice for daily wear, my real one is too dressy for my taste for everyday wear.

It is not the experience, but the quality of the merchandise. Everything was much smaller than depicted in the pictures. I will be sending everything back and expect a full refund. Also, now I must find other gifts for my relatives at the last minute. I am very disappointed and will not be shopping with you again!

I ordered an Elephant cuff bracelet as a gift. It was sent out the same day and I received it a few days later. Such a beautiful bracelet. I will order from Ross-Simons again couldn't be happier.

They arrived pretty quickly. The bracelets are really pretty but they are lighter than I was expecting. They are also very large on my wrist and can easily slide off. I tend to wear one at a time so I don't lose them.

The earrings were a gift to my wife; she loves them. On my Order Confirmation it stated delivery requires a signature (with tax was over $1500.) I was happy to see the Signature required.
However, UPS just dropped off the little box out at the front entry area and went on; when my wife came home she found the box out front. Luckily the guy placing advertising hangers on doors had been by earlier than the delivery.
When I complained online, the rep from RS responded and said delivery signature WAS NOT REQUIRED. I told him it said it was on my order confirmation! He blew me off like I was stupid. Luckily I have kept the order confirmation and even printed it out in case of PC issues. I am very unhappy to say the least!

The website provides a good description of the merchandise with excellent photos, which all happily proved accurate on receipt of the ring. The ring is beautiful. Website is easy to navigate and the ordering process very easy. Delivery was prompt!

The product was received as advertised. I purchased it as a gift and expect the recipient will be pleased with it. Quality of the product as well as packaging was good and attractive. However, I felt the shipping time (6 days) was longer than expected so deducting one star for that.

I received the Bali style dragon earrings as a Christmas gift. The earrings are not to heavy to be worn all day. The design is intricate and goes well with casual or dressed up

Ross Simons is my go to store for jewelry. I love the look of these earrings but the clasps don't stay closed. I'm concerened I will lose one. Might have to send them back.
