This bracelet is not the quality of items that I have purchased in the past from Ross Simon- I was very surprised when I opened the package. No hallmarks anywhere on the bracelet and it looks cheap. I have purchased over the years, but this will do it for me. Did not bother to contact Ross Simon as it is obvious the quality is not there anymore.
Like the reviewers before me the bumble bee is smaller than expected, but once I tried it on, I think it is perfect. I think if it was bigger it would look gaudy. The amber is beautiful, and the shape is charming. Love it, and will purchase the earrings to match.

They sent a different bracelet that I was buying for a gift for someone. It arrived late and sent a substitute without notifying me or asking my approval.
These earrings were returned. They were way too small. Could barely get them on my earlobes - maybe I have fatter than normal lobes. Diamond and emerald were teeny tiny. Delivery was fast and returning for a refund was super easy
The earrings are great, I love them. However delivery was way to slow, also little information was available as to where the package was shipped n the process until the last 2 days.

One of the bracelets was not included in the package. However it was listed on the packaging slip enclosed. I sent two emails to customer service with no reply. I called and found out through the conversation that first they would reorder and then, said it was out of stock.
