The v-clip that holds the metal piece to keep the earring on is loose on one earring. It won't be long before it pulls off. Sad, because I really like them and would like to have them a long time.
Was looking for something special for my upcoming 33rd anniversary. When I saw this Emerald bracelet, I knew it was for me. My hubby bought it for me, and I love it.
Purchased as a gift. Wasn't sure of best length, so adjustable chain should be more wearable. Chain is heavy enough to look sturdy (not cheap looking and breakable like some out there), but still looks dainty and feminine.
The earrings are beautiful but I couldn't get them on. Finally got one earring on, but couldn't get the other one on. Finally gave up, gave them to my daughter.
I purchased diamond 14k gold studs and according to the picture shown of the model's earlobe they appeared to be the right size I was looking for. When they arrived you needed a magnifying glass to see them! I returned them the next day. Sales people were not very nice. Will not shop there again and will let my friends on facebook know.

This order was a birthday gift for someone that unfortunately was not the best of quality which I ended up contacting customer service to exchange. That shipment eventually arrived after a delay and appears to be better quality. I am in the process of returning the original purchase.

Just as I was imagining from the online pictures. Just the right size and light weight in solid gold. At first one fastener was very stubborn and I was afraid I'd bend the earring in trying to secure it or remove it. But after about 5-6 wearings its now broken in. The other side the arm is floppy and does not come straight down into the cradle which can be annoying but I've gotten used to it. Otherwise very flattering and I wear them often.
Many Christmas gifts to purchase, Ross Simon offers some lovely gifts at decent prices. I hate to say that I was very disappointed in one of them and I will be returning it. It's the cutest could be, but it's made for a little girl not an adult. It's way too small. I will try again.

I selected this necklace for a Christmas gift. The catalog and website depicted the item accurately; I received what I expected to get. The necklace is festive, attractive, reasonably priced. The customer service always is top notch.
The dark blue sapphire bezel set station necklace #******* is very pretty, but I seriously doubt the stated carat weight of 2.50 is accurate. The chain is extremely fragile and there are (3) large jump rings on the chain --- one at 18" - 19" and 20". The item was shipped promptly and arrived in a very nice gift box. One point that has been an issue for me for 10+ years, is that R/S purposefully does not include a picture of the clasp when they post pictures of necklaces and/or chains.
Intensely dislike constant upselling, especially with a fairly useless money grab such as 'extended protection'.

Easy to navigate order process. As a retired jewelry store manager I was used to dealing with mined diamonds. I was pleasantly surprised by how well cut and finished these earrings were. The entire process from order to delivery was better than I could have hoped for.
The ring setting is pretty but the stone size seems way larger than the karat size I was expecting and the cubic zirconia looks fake and not like a real diamond at all.

I ordered all rings in a size 8 and they all fit differently. The pack of 5 stacking rings that I ordered all fit differently and only 2 fit like a size 8.
