The customer service exceeded my expectations as they promptly responded to my emails and the questions I had regarding my purchases; for example, at first I could not see the stamps even with my glasses, and they sent pictures of the shank or spot it was stamped and guided me where they are. Sure, I had to take pictures as well and zoomed in to see them.
