On 9/23/24 I ordered FWP Station NCK for my Granddaughter's 16th BD. She loved it but needed a longer length. I purchased this through Amazon. I called Amazon to NOT return the item but to UPGRADE it from 16" to 18" and from 5-5.5mm to 6mm. Both Amazon and Ross Simon refused stating I was outside the window. I wrote a a letter to the corporate office and no response. I have been a long time customer dating back to the 80's and I am very disappointed.
