Ordered 2 items 4 the Christmas gift and gave right delivery address but something went wrong and UPS was keep delivering to the wrong address repeatedly. RS and UPS even made up their own address instead contacting ph# +email I provided. Items ended up returned n 1 of item price went up more than I purchased. I contacted RS so many times 2 solve delivery problems but no one was following. I repurchased 2 items but 1 of item price went up n RS did not honor the same price. I was very disappointed w/ RS that time.
