Gold bracelet was flimsy. But Ross Simon's customer service representative was very nice and helpful. She gave me a return number to track my return of the product. It did cost me $27 to send it back UPS insured.

Ordered these hoping they'd be as vibrant as they appeared onscreen. They are very colorful and very light weight.

I COULD BARELY SEE THE ITEM AND DEFINITELY COULD NOT PUT THE EARING IN THE FLAT STUD, IMPOSSIBLE. A DIFFERENT SORT OF BACK WOULD HAVE TRULY HELPED. IF THAT WAS THE CASE I WOULD HAVE KEPT THE BEAUTIFUL TINY EARINGS.

Although the chain is beautiful, Ross Simon's needs to have a lobster catch that is larger. The lobster catch that is there now is tiny and not user friendly

The cross and necklace I received were beautiful. It comes in a small plastic resealable bag and that is inside a velvet pouch. The pouch and bag are then inside the usual and very elegant Ross-Simons black box. Great presentation.
