I ordered 4 rings. 3 were very nice, one was a dud.
The three stone emerald, the Ruby with topaz and the topaz/sapphire were all as described. The London blue topaz solitaire was not great. The blue color saturation was in a circle around the outside of the stone and the center was clear with a hint of brown.
I am working on returning it- but I am having a terrible time getting a return confirmation number.

Condition of Necklace

When i received the necklace for my grandaughters 18th birthday the chain was a big ball of knots, took me and hour and half to get 75 % of the knot out and my son another 45 min to get it down to one knot that if i cant get out i will be sending back! Very poor way of sending a necklace in a bag when the chaing sould be secured. I'm sure this was sent back to you from another buyer and then sent back out to me. If I did not need it to give as a gift i would not have spent this much time on it!

My products were nearly returned because it is marked as signature required and you do not allow changes in delivery time or place through the UPS app. Also, I received two products that are the wrong size.

Barely Noticeable

The rings I ordered were very small. I knew they were 2mm, however, I did not realize the pink enamel would be barely visible. Am still considering returning the rings. They were cute online when I saw them but when they arrived I could hardly tell there was any pink enamel on the rings at all. You'd really have to look close up to the rings to notice the tiny amount of pink.
