There was an issue with seeing all of order history. When RS researched the issue, it was because there were two different accounts, one with an address in Florida, and the other with an address in Arkansas. RS merged the account with the Arkansas address into the account with the Florida address, so now able to see all of the orders.

Please add to description the length of the necklace. This is the a very nice necklace and it's worth every penny but I would have liked to be able to choose a length or at least know it.

Items are very good quality and look like in pictures, although I recommend to check the width in the details are because they look much wider than in reality.
