I ordered a set of 14K bangle bracelets. One of the bracelets was defective. It didn't line up and close properly. Two of them were fine. I was upset that I had to return all three as a set and that Ross-Simons wouldn't allow me to return just the defective one. This was a birthday gift and I'd hoped to wear them to my birthday celebration. I would have been happy if I could have worn the two bracelets that were not defective, and just returned the one defective bracelet for exchange. I'm very upset that I received a defective bracelet. I don't know who does QC, but that should have been caught before it was sent to me.

I received the 10kt gold bracelet I purchased. I thought it was really nice and elegant, until two weeks of wear, the bracelet broke in half and cracked on the remaining piece.
